They are always doing something wrong with your order. The customer service is trash. Today we were told to pull up and wait. Every car behind us got their food when they finally brought our food out ten minutes later everything was cold. When we asked for a refund we were told they don't do that. So we requested all of our food to be remade bc everything was cold including the burgers and fries. If you want your meal in a timely manner and you want it hot don't stop here. Huge thumbs down awful service!! I visited this location and had a problem with the app not scanning for my three dollar off $15 or more. The employee was highly impatient and then proceeded to tell me to “just give me 15$ Cause we been here for 7 minutes already”. Those were here exact words. The name on my receipt says that the cashier was Tammy. This is extremely unacceptable and I will be hoping to hear back from someone regarding this unprofessional behavior . Very very rude. Will be contacting corporate. Missing parts of my order missing, condiments , missing napping. Just awful!
Locked their doors and prevented customers from coming inside to order food during lunch time. Completely unfair and disrespectful
Service is about as good as getting spit on and being called beautiful.. at least my food was hot and good just poor customer service.
Couldn't get the order right. My husband even spoke with the manager several times in an attempt to get the correct order. He finally left accepting what little they could get correct as the fight was just not worth it anymore. They clearly can not do their jobs there... after it was all said and done he left with the incorrect number of nuggets still and a med fry instead of a large fry and yes of course they charged for a large fry. NEVER again will only go out to the street road wendys from now on.
Every time I order from here it is messed up! I order a burger or chicken sandwich and ask for no bun and all they give me is the meat with no toppings! A cold dry piece of meat! Did I say no toppings!!! NO I said no bun! They need to get it together!!
