Every time I eat here I'm severely disappointed. I come for the beer diversity, but I get hungry, ask for something basic and they still fantastically mess it up. I don't know what's going on in that kitchen, but I'm not sure it's acting in my best interests.Beware, plant-based eaters: They will rake you over the coals for their veggie pizzas. One of them nears $80 after customization. $100+ if you doordash it.Previously, I got a pasta dish that seemed microwaved with hard pieces of pasta and chicken. I hate spitting out ordered food. Its like UNO's just stopped caring as a franchise a few years ago.And today, I got a "Quesadilla" that was a couple of ounces of tasty innards with rock-hard elios-tasting pizza crust I had to spit out. I had to scrape the ingredients off. I told the polite bartender the bread was rock-hard and inedible, and said I was still hungry, but I wasn't offered anything else. She said it was one of her favorites and politely disagreed.I'll never come back, and I'll always tell people my story.
Service was great and the food was delicious. I haven't eaten at an Uno's in some time but it definitely didn't disappoint. The French onion soup was probably my favorite close following the pizza. I also got the spinach artichoke dip expecting it to be with tortilla chips but instead it came with baguette kinda chips. Still good but I was just expecting tortilla chips. Highly recommend ?
Excellent as always. My burger was cooked perfectly
The waitstaff's really nice and warm. Food is terrific! Even with just the appetizer, it could fill you! That crab and shrimp dip is a definite must-try! The cheddar cheese burger is also sooo good! The onion soup was perfect especially for a rainy day. The sweet potato fries were superb! Overall loved it!❤️ Price wise, it's affordable!
Food is excellent. Had the shrimp &crab dip, cheesy garlic bread. I had thin crust Super Roni. My friend had Chicken Parm Sandwich, light sauce. All was delicious
Uno's is a great place to eat, It can be busy but it is good. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes pizza. BTW I also recommend the create your own pizza. It really helps those who want to have their own toppings. ?
We went to UNO's for their lunch specials. My husband and I had the pizza and salad combination. We went for lunch because it wasn't as expensive as dinner. Great atmosphere. Food was really good. Everyone was friendly. We had a great lunch. We went to the Neshaminy Mall location.
First off let me say we’ve eaten here many times, usually with no major issues. We get everyone is short staffed and things “ may” take a bit longer than usual. Tonight though, takes the cake as worst dining experience ever to date. No wait to get in, restaurant not crowded at all. Waited 20 min for a waitress to come over and take the drink and app order, takes another 15 min to get drinks and order our dinners. Apps and dinner show up at same exact time. I Requested the dinners be kept in the kitchen until we finished the apps as there was literally no room on the table for everything at once. The young man who brought out the dinners walked away huffing and puffing obviously unhappy to take the dinners back. We finished our apps and drinks right as the manager walked to the table to apologize, no worries…all good. This was unfortunately the last time we saw our waitress, Skylar (with the orange dyed hair) stop at our table. Empty drinks, stacked app plates left at the table after multiple passes by our table and about 20 min. Our dinners never showed back up, and after another couple got up and left after waiting for a waitress, we then decided to go to the front and get the manager to ring us out for the apps and drinks. Usually this place does a decent job. I told the manager don’t bother giving us anything for a future meal because we’d never be back to use it. Truely a terrible experience.
