First time to this one.The Food:Boneless Wings (3 flavor mix) - These were super good. Comes with 18 wings, great appetizer for 4 people.The Rib Platter - This wasn't the best. There were barely any ribs, and the bread covering the chicken tenders looks nothing like the picture.Cajun Shrimp & Chicken Pasta - This one was good. Didn't have to settle for shrimp or chicken, instead both.Beacon Cheese Burger - This one was pretty good. Above average bacon cheeseburger burger.Fridays Signature Whiskey-Glazed Burger - This one was pretty good. The cheese mix in this is very delicious.
The staff were all very kind and helpful! We showed up about 10 minutes early to pick up our take out and it was already prepared and packaged for us. They grabbed our bag and brought it out very quickly. And it was SO good! Everything was perfectly cooked between taste, texture, and presentation. I wish that they had more low fat options, and they are a bit pricey, but other than that the whole experience was excellent!
Nice and chill Tuesday night at the bar. Service was pretty good since it was a slow night.They accidentally brought me my burger cooked rare instead of medium. But they replaced it after I mentioned it at no charge. So that was nice of them. That whiskey glazed burger is delicious when it's cooked correctly!
Just your typical place to get good American style food with drinks! I won’t lie I was really disappointed that the jack Daniel sauce was discontinued.But this Friday is especially at this location always has consistently good food.I also do nighttime deliveries here for DoorDash and the management especially the guy that helps out at night are very kind good people!
My family and I returned back to TGI’s on a late Friday. I was kind of Leary of going, because of my first experience there. We were seated right away. The atmosphere was very nice and the waitress was very attentive. We ordered and received our food fairly quickly and on point. This was a huge improvement from my previous visit. The manager was also very nice.We will be returning again. Great job TGI
The was posted on Tuesday April 5, 2022 at 11:18pm. I would give them a zero star. Restaurant closes at 1am. Came in at 10:45pm and asked for a table for three. They refused to serve us because of lack of servers. There was one server working. There were about ten tables seated. Two tables left as I stood at front talking to the hostess as she cannot seat us. The hostess wanted to seat us but the Manager on site told her not to seat us.To the restaurant, if you cannot keep up with the hours, change it on the door and on the search engines. Also, if you are short staff, spend some money and advertise for hire. People are looking for jobs. Next time, if you are short staff on servers again, explain to those who want to come in and eat that you are short staff on servers and that the service may be delayed. If the customer then decides to leave, let them leave. Never turn down a paying customer. If this was explained to me, I would have stayed, been patient and tipped the server more for her hard work. I would have ordered cocktails while I waited for my food. To the manager on site, shame on you for your poor management skills. TGI FRIDAYS is a good restaurant and you just made them look bad.
I love this place! Anything with the jack Daniels sauce is amazing. We also tried their peanut butter m&m brownie dessert. It was awesome and the prices are pretty fair
Had a great time here, new menu, we enjoyed beverage's at the bar while we waited. The staff was prompt, friendly, place was clean, orderly and well maintained. We ordered the 1/2 Rack of Ribs, broccoli, mixed vegetables and coleslaw and it was delicious and filling. It was a while since we were here and we enjoyed ourselves and expect to be there again. Try it out you'll enjoy yourselves as well. Bon appetit!
On business travel & stopped in for a few drinks and dinner with my business partner. Sat at the bar. Place was not very crowded for a Tuesday at 6:00pm. That should have been a sign. Bar tender was not super friendly or attentive. A couple came in at one point and sat at the bar. They sat for 10 mins with no service. They left. The temp was so cold that we ran out to the car to get our jackets. Maybe it was just a bad night but bad enough for us not to ever return.
Terrible service. Waited a very long time for my server to come to the table, then waited for my drinks. Then waited for my food. Fridays was pretty empty too so it shouldn't have taken so long for everything. The food was only ok. It reminded me of reheated frozen foods. My family and I will not be back.
