Not accommodating for a party of 10. Waited over an hour to only seat half of us while half stood and waited. One girl at front desk was seemingly trying to help us while another was condescending and rude to two people in my party as they asked why it was taking so long. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and also there to support the Cheer Militia fundraiser. Had to leave after my husband was spoken to in a rude manner but I was met with a “thank you so much and have a good day” comment with a passive aggressive tone. Another establishment down the road welcomed us with open arms and genuine kindness. If you have more than 6 people in your party and want to get on the waitlist, you have to call them. Good luck getting someone to answer your call as that is the problem we encountered.
Excellent food..drinks & service.!
great food and friendly and i love the service and drinks
I have mixed reviews about this place. It’s a chain restaurant and I understand that but the service felt completely rushed. The server was reading a script in his head and he had no problem executing his job but it felt rushed. The food is what I’ll call salt. I understand that this place runs on liquor and the more salt you eat the more drinks you order. Everything was overly salty. I only go here for the Prime Rib and the first one was red and looked right but the second was super fatty and tasted marinated in beef salted water. I ate it but damn it was rough to get down. So do you marinate your steaks in Salt? Im just disappointed. Everything felt rushed.
I’ve always passed by this restaurant and I’ve seen the parking lot stacked. This time in like I have to go cuz it has to be good, and I wasn’t lying. I get to choose my own steak if I want to and their bread is to die for. It’s sweet and plus they give you this cinnamon sweet butter which is really good. My husband and I chose the 14oz ribeye and it was well cooked and pus they variety of sides is really delicious. I totally recommend it for a family or even for a couple. Great atmosphere great music and we have amazing time.
My family & I went out last Saturday for dinner. We called ahead to get on the wait list. When we arrived we waited about 10 minutes. They are always very busy at this location every time we visit. The staff were friendly, greeted us and our waitress was awesome. Her name was Kelsey. She was on point, friendly, helpful and took care of us. Food was excellent. Our last family outing at another restaurant a few weeks ago was a complete fail so coming here was a great turn around and we very much enjoyed ourselves. The restaurant staff/team all work well together and it is amazing how quickly they move around in this place. This is what I call the good old fashioned customer service.
It was a good experience! The bread was warm and delicious. The atmosphere was good. There was a short wait to be seated, but not even 10 minutes.Steaks were cooked as requested. Could've used a little seasoning though.Overall, good place to eat in.
Soooo sweet and so welcoming. Laura John & manager Eileen just amazing. I came alone to relax (introvert) they made sure that I was well taken care of. I really appreciate it.
Haven’t been out much the last two years and decided to eat in. Big mistake! It was a Wed night at 8 pm and very crowded which wouldnt be a bad thing. It was so loud you couldnt have a discussion and the people trying to sing happy birthday over all the noise was horrible. Worst experience ever. Other than the potato skins the food was less than desirable. Awful even. Waitress was good and being able to pay at the kiosk in the table was awesome. Im glad restaurants are crowded so they stay in business but I wont be back
My favorite spot for the food and drinks; but the secret of this restaurant specific is the staff and the great Manager they have. She is always out verifying that everything is ok in your table and on time and dnt forget the hands who prepare your meals; guys my respects you're awesome ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
