This was my first time there, my son recommend them. OMG best buffalo chicken cheesesteak I had in quite awhile, well definitely be going back as soon as I can. Staff is super nice and he even threw in a 2 liter bottle of soda with my order, my son said that if your spend over 50 dollars that he does that, which most places don't do too often. Definitely need to try this place out.
Their pizza is good but the owner or manager is a little on the rude side I asked him do they have specials he said when your food is this good you don't need to give it away I was like wow I just asked if they had any specials everyone don't have it like that and I order three pizzas last night and they told me I could get a free 2 litter because it was my first time ordering from them and guess what I didn't get a soda because the delivery guy said the lady didn't tell him also my food was $50.00 for three pizzas
I give this place a one star. I call for chicken cheese steak an house salad. They told me it will be over an hour wait . Ask the lady if I can get a courtesy fries or mozzarella stick since. I have to wait an hour. They said no. So I said never mind then. Well I'm thought it over an call back an said hey I wait the hour. They ower say to me we don't want your business here and yell it at me. An told me never to call again.And then hang up phone. So I call back an said that was so rude I was customer for over a year an this how you talk to me. Wow bro.

I wanted to celebrate a friends birthday at work. A Sicilian pie with everything on it! I purposely went the day earlier and ordered it, with specific instructions. We only have an half hour for lunch. It has to be delivered before then. He (owner) knew exactly where the business was at. He even asked what department to deliver it to. I gave him all the information. Then he said it will be there at 11:45 am.I waited for the delivery from 11:45 am until 12:30 pm. No delivery. No pizza. No celebration. It made me feel like a crumb, thank you very much!We didn't have any lunch that day, because I told everyone not to bring one. After work that day, I went to see this... ahem... owner. I walked in and said nothing, just threw my hands up as if to say, "WHAT HAPPENED?" He simply said... "I lost the ticket (order slip)"As I walked out (mind-you-now, I never said a word), I couldn't help but wonder... "How in the world can you forget about an order that is the most expensive on your menu!?" "How many of these $50 pizzas do you sell a week!?" "And! I came a day earlier, in person, to order it.... just so you knew it was 'on-the-level"The only answer I could think of... he's a *!&%#[email protected] idiot!NEVER! NEVER EVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN!Since I can't post this without a 'rating' star, the one star rating is actually a negative star.
I'm down visiting from Quakertown, and I have been craving a good Italian sub, I have has their pizzas but gotta say the sub was amazing thank you!!!
This guys head is really something else.. my cousin just tried ordering a pizza and when he asked to pay with his credit card the owner made the comment “always using your card.” And so my cousin, rightly annoyed by this said cancel the order, the owner tried backtracking and said o no its just the process of putting it in, but still we canceled. So i called back bc its unacceptable and asked if this happened and he said no and called my cousin a liar and said he said “it sounds like your underwater.” Now ive dealt with this guys “winning” attitude before. Once tried to order a cheesesteak and was told “nah i aint sending my guy out for one cheesesteak” so i just said that to him and he said “look im successful bc i have minimums on delivery”. So when i mentioned that u could have said it that way and not the way u did he responded “ive been succesful for 16 years doing it my way”… ive never done this for anything in life, but im hoping this guy reads this and realizes theres a way to talk to people and the way he does it now stinks. We ordered a lot from here too and were a great tip and sadly he just lost us.
They have the best Buffalo chicken cheese steak in Bensalem.
Excellent pizza, very good fries and onion rings. My order is always ready when they say it will be and the staff is friendly.
