It's a lie Starbucks does not open at 7am, they open at 8:30. They never have ingredients to make drinks. They have the most rudest disgusting employees they hire from giants. This place is just a franchise giants run with its deplorable employees.

Just about every time, they don't have the right size cups, they are out of mocha quite often and today they had to close for 10 minutes! What the hell is going on? Why put a Starbucks in your Giant if you're not going to man it properly or order supplies!!! What a disappointment

Walked in at 6:28am and was told we’re not open and was not given service. Very disappointed!
Only got 2 stars because the first time I came the service was wonderful 2nd and 3rd were awful especially the 3rd when I came back for a drink replacement it was almost like they had a issue after I just got off the phone with a man, Brian saying there wasn’t a issue. 2 young ladies, one Britney maybe other no name tag, there had awful service and need to improve on their customer interaction and service.
This Starbucks never have anything. Always out of everything and the employees are so proud of that. Never go here. Waste of time.
