An associate didn’t know how to use a reward card and load it. Ended up paying additIonAl $2 of the order from my credit card. There was cinnamon in my caramel macchiato and no caramel and instead of 2 ham and cheese croissants I received 2 danish. Dissatisfied
Went and ordered 2 coffees and when i got them they tasted terrible. My boyfriends had way to much milk and mine tasted like straight dirt. So we went back and asked for them to remake them and when we got home (i hadn’t drunken mine yet) i opened it because it felt light and the cup wasn’t full. $11 for coffee and i can’t even get a full cup?
Stopped in to target and as usual grabbed a drink from Starbucks. Issy made me an iced chai latte. Super friendly and my drink was delicious!

The cashier that I had today is very friendly and polite. My daughter wanted this snack and I asked her if she has the ones without chocolate. She was willing to step out and help look around in the drawers.
It's not the places fault I don't know the way starbucks works.
