My main complaint is that I ordered a Caesar salad off of the slice app and didn’t receive any dressing or utensils. I also would like to have a fork for boneless wings. Secondly kind of unhappy with the size of the 6 boneless wings, they were more like nuggets. Garlic knots were ok. But when I called about the missing dressing and no utensils, my options were to wait in line until the delivery driver could deliver it to me (20 minutes they said) or receive a $0.50 refund. I chose to wait for the dressing to be delivered and also asked to order another order of boneless wings since they were so small. They told me I would have to pay another delivery charge when the guy is coming here for free already.Update: Never received my dressing. Called back they still offered me $0.50 until I asked for a full salad refund. They tried to say that it was my fault for not selecting a dressing but that’s not how the ordering goes, it says “Substitute dressing” then you select your substitute. Now I have to contact slice in order to get a refund for my salad. And I’m still hungry…
We ordered 2 cheese steaks with extra cheese and a chicken finger platter tonight for lunch at work. We were all HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. The cheese steaks had very little meat and no cheese. All of the food was cold, dry, and horrible. We will NEVER order from this DUMP again. They should be ashamed of themselves. FOOD SUCKS!

Sarappos is simply the greatest Italian restaurant that I have ever been to and I've been to Milan in Venice okay 399 cheeseburger fries and coke I lived on that s*** they're $5 menu is now $7 and it's still an awesome value and they also give you free stuff when you go there grab a beer on me come the projector guy sent you and on Tuesdays they have a guy that's delivering pizzas her name is Dawn she is my future ex-wife
Absolutely worst service i received on the night of 12/09/21 at the bensalem location! BUT, i spoke with Patty the manager and she really did help to resolve the situation. i would have accepted a discount for the next time i orders but came thru and credited me a free meal for next time. Customer retained the correct way!
