No problems besides the price was water ice smalls always $4 I haven't been at one since middle school

I was there last Sunday and they have only one young man working with a huge line, they have another person with him but she only stand up next to the other window looking every one. She don't help him at all. The vanilla custard was so sour its taste like oil. I will never again buy in this location.

I ordered the custard cookie sandwich and I expected so much more from it but it was a disappointment. It was more cookie than custard and I felt like I was robbed of my money for nothing. Never again will I order this, I'll stick to a misto or frozen drink.
Plenty of parking spots in the lot which makes it convenient.
My kids love Rita's !! Perfect as it's right next to a Dunkin. So I can get my coffee and the kids can get their water ice. Cute little area to sit down too but it is a pretty busy parking lot specially during the day. Staff is very nice and friendly. But on a hot summer day, expect a bit of a wait
