Thought about ordering their famous chicken sandwich many times. Finally did. One classic, one spicy, large Cole slaw and large Cajun fries - dinner for 2 under $21.00. Don't know if it's the best chicken sandwich, but it was very good. Slaw was tasty. The fries could have used more zip. Used the drive through. Maybe not immediately, but we'll do it again sometime.
Went to Popeyes on State road in Bensalem drive thru, the person I was giving my order to keep saying Whaaaat! Whaaaat!! talking all rude and ignorant. Popeyes please give better customer service trainings to your employees .
Worst service anywhere. They don't even try to please the customers, just take a very disdainful tone with you when you don't just take the stuff they give you and leave. If something is missing, and there will be, they ask if you are sure you checked every box, with a tone of "you just want extra food for free you thief." Definitely never going back to this location.
Very busy place drive thru packed and inside also. As I was waiting in line inside some staff were busy and some were just walking around the busy staff was all over the place getting orders packed always waiting on food. The cashier only waited on one person was waiting for the food to be made then never came back some other person came up to finish the customer's was there for 20 minutes just waiting to be waited on.
I have to say I do not like paying over a dollar or a dollar for a chicken wing that's just a piece of wing I hear it. But I will say that Popeye's Chicken is crunchy and juicy inside and very delicious. First time we had mac and cheese and we were blown away the flavor is ridiculous and that extra cheese on top I can't get over it I'm salivating

What used to be a very large spicy sandwich, tonight the size was reduced and now smaller than the bun. They also decreased the size of the large sides. This is really upsetting because we’ve always loved this Popeye’s and now they are skimping to save money and it’s going to cause their business to tank. Well we can always hope for a new owner because whoever is running this place is going to cause it to close down.
I have attempted to get dinner twice from this location and both times were a disaster. Tonight, I ordered from the app and a got pick up time. I arrived 10 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. I went to the mobile so pick up sign and was ignored for another 5 minutes. Then I was told that the tenders I ordered were just getting started. So another 7 minutes. But it actually took closer to 15. This was all during the 5 o’clock hour when a restaurant should expect to be busy. Totally unacceptable.To make it worse there was a fight in there parking lot near my car where my wife was waiting.This is definitely not FAST FOOD. Avoid this location.
Love their chicken. Make sure you say I want my chicken fresh. Comes right out of the grease
This has to be the best Popeyes around. Hot food, polite staff, even the food tastes better than the other one Grant Avenue in Ne Philly.
