If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I am very upset. I called to order 64 wings, a large pizza, 8 sauces, and 15 breadsticks. There was something wrong with everything in this order. The wings were BONE DRY, the pizza was also bone dry, the marinara sauce was basically ketchup mixed with 80% water, and the sauces never came in the order. We ordered three different flavored wings, and when we called to ask why there was no sauce or flavor on them, we were told they only add one scoop of sauce per 8 wings. This is absolutely absurd!! We spent $120, and we had dry food with no sauce. When we called to ask for someone to drive out the sauce or for a refund we were told they will not drive the sauce out because that would be under the $15 minimum……even though we just spent $120 on our original order. There was no solution and no real accommodation, for a place as big as Pizza Hut, I’d expect a lot more. I will never be ordering from this establishment again.
AVOID!!!!!! After a $120 order, we received wings with no sauce on them & a disgustingly dry pizza. We specifically asked for blue cheese & ranch and paid for it (which we were okay with). No blue cheese or ranch was with our order, after we confirmed at the store that it was all in the bag. After talking to THREE different employees on the phone, there was nothing done. Our food was gasping for some moisture.
Cheap on the bbq sauce for wings. Added items to my order. No parking here, good taste different. Maybe try here again........ in a emergency.
Pizza came destroyed after we waited over an hr. Then no refund just a credit or new pizza but gonna take another hr! Manager didn’t seem to care at all.
Food was ok. The sauce wasn't that good this time. Also your delivery person parks his car in a way that it hard for anyone to maneuver through the parking lot
Every time I either order or have the food delivered from this Pizza Hut or go inside the people are wonderful.
