Awesome fast-casual spot!! The staffs are very helpful when I requested for a vegetarian dish to be made-to-order, greatly appreciated that!
Had an amazing experience! Was waiting for a couple minutes until one of the employees named Tony came up and helped me! He greeted me kindly and quickly took my order so I wasn’t waiting any longer! Tony was very nice and I had a very good experience and interaction with him!
No really up to standards. Newer store, but come on. Hire more staff. Get some better management. Heck, most foods even look at little different than traditional Panda.
I always get the same meal here. Honey sesame chicken which majority of the time is great! Good portion size. Fri and Sat eves more crowded. Highly recommend.
I asked for double beef broccoli, also asked for noodles. When I got home I had received 3 very small, size of a dime, pieces of beef. I guess it was a joke. I did not go back, could hardly believe how I was cheated. Never wrote a report about service anywhere before, but this was so blatantly fraudulent I had to write. I loved the food the first time, this was my second. Won't go back, because it was deliberate.
This was my first time here and WOW! I wish I would've started coming here sooner. So much better than mall style Asian food. Fresh,clean and delicious!
This place is the worst.. I work at lowes so I stop in for a meal around 4:30. They have no food to chose from and only one cook making it. So I sit down and wait then the manager ask me what I am doing . I told her there's no food I'm waiting for some. Then she looked at the food and walk away instead of helping the cook out.
Lacked any authentic flavor. Was Rushed and pressured to order. Lo mein was the saddest lo mein I've ever tasted in my life. The noodles were a cheap replacement of the authentic stuff, flavor was lackluster. A lot of things were not available when you arrived. I would never come here again.
the past three times ive been there they have some excuse on why i cant get food. the first time they told me they cannot serve me because the amount of people in line. there were 3 people in line. the second time i went they said they arent taking orders through drive through and to come inside, when we went to the front doors they were locked and all the workers were standing in a circle talking amongst themselves. the third time we went the website said they were opened while the drive through was closed and so were the dining room doors, it was 3pm.
Very good and unexpected dinner (indoors) here tonight. The manager was busily helping the staff out. Good teamwork.
