The pizza is underrated and people there are so nice

I went there today for the first time and last time. I won't be going back. We ordered two Italian hoagies to go. It was early before the lunch crowd. But it took took over 20mins. My husband took one bite and said What did you order? I said the same thing we always order. Italian hoagies with no onion, extra oil and mayo. He said they are so dry!! They had very little mayo and neither of us could taste or see any oil. Then they had one half of a very thin slice of tomato on each half of the hoagie. They were the worse hoagies I've ever eaten. Don't sell them as hoagies if they don't include tomato and condiments. I don't mind paying extra if I REALLY get tomatoes on my hoagie. We spent close to $18. and came home and had to doctor them up with our own olive oil, mayo and sliced tomatoes and made them ALMOST eatable. Most of mine went in the garbage. Needless to say but I'll say it anyway..never again!!!!!!!
This place is so UNDERRATED!!!The best wings with mild Buffalo sauce, the Stromboli here is SOOO good!!!! The Penn Pizza is well made.Under new ownership but not so new, they been running this place since 5 years now and I can tell they’re doing an excellent job with this place. Everything is nice and clean, great people.WE DEFINITELY WILL BE COMING BACK SO MUCH SOONER THAN WE THINK cause everything is Sooo Good!!!!
Use to be our go to. Ordered food the other day at 530. Checked on status at 630. (Was supposed to be phere by 610-630) Was told it was on its way the driver left 10 mins ago. I live 5 mins away. Finally arrived at 810. All food was cold. Must've forgotten about us or something. Disappointed for sure.
They make a good white pie with spinach, mushrooms & sweet peppers!!!
Overall taste in food is good, pizza is well made. On the other hand in terms of hygiene it lacks quite a lot. I’m unsure how many people work here and I understand things get hard and busy. However, managing the cash register and then proceeding to touch pizzas with uncleaned hands is a no fly in any food establishment (right in front of customers too). I also saw a child at least 14, to be bickering on the phone with someone on the other side (mostly cursing and slurs). I only go here because of my fathers liking to this place, but I explain to him every time these stories and he still refuses to go elsewhere, other wise, this would be 1 star.

There was an error with my order. I understand it can get busy and that mistakes can happen during the lunch rush. All I needed to do was make a phone call and it was taken care of right away. Very good customer service. Thank you very much.
This place USED to be the best. Change in ownership/staff a couple years ago and it has gone downhill. I kept thinking they would rebound, but my recent order was my last. Chicken steak was pitiful - nothing but roll. Fries were soggy and grease through multiple bags. Mozz sticks were cold and sauce was basically red water. Go next door to Old Friends instead.
