Extremely frustrated with this location today! Waited 40 minutes to get to the order screen which is fine I had the time. I get to the screen and the woman is having trouble hearing me so I raise my voice so she can hear me. In no way was I yelling or being rude to this woman but she asked me the same question three times each time I raised my voice only so that she could hear me. She then replies and tells me to relax they’re short handed and If I don’t like the service I can get an application. I still keep my cool and say no thank you I’m employed I just want my food. She tells me to pull up to the window. I pull up and she tells me she will not serve me because I screamed at her. I tried to say I only raised my voice so you could hear me I thought there was an issue with the speaker since you asked me the same question three times. She then accused me of patronizing her and slammed the window shut in my face! I’ve tried to call to speak to a manager but of course they don’t pick up the phone!
fire them all n start fresh n make sure the buns aren't microwaveed
Typically fast and great. Only busy at normal times(11-1) and even then are still pretty fast. My go to for breakfast, always hot and fresh.Update 5/22:Only recently have I had issues with service inside. They don't seem to wanna be there and their attitude is reflected at customers. I rather stick to the drive thru. I'm always courteous even when I feel that energy, but it makes you not wanna spend your time there
I asked for a sauce for my 4 piece and was told I already got 2 sauces. I explained that was for my ten piece. The manager came over to the window and was very rude and nasty and spoke to me disrespectful and didn’t give me the fries I ordered with my meal. She needs to be fired. How are you in a management position acting that way towards customer. I will NEVER go here again because of her!
The only reason this has 2 stays instead of one because instead of 30 minutes in a drive through, it was only 15 after however: my sandwich was coldI asked for a caramel frap with no whip cream as i am allergic, I get to the window and pay and then I was given my order .. without my frap.. and I waited another 5 minutes while I tried to get her attention and I tell her hey I asked for a caramel frap no whip cream …. She comes back with a caramel frap WITH whipped cream. Not to mention they don’t know how to wrap their own sandwiches
Used the drive threw. A friend was with me. Our order was fine except for cold fries. We had to pull up & wait for freshly made fries to be hot. My friend does not like Cold or warm fries.
We have yet to have a good experience at this location. They’re either always out of something or the order is wrong. THIS TIME we asked for extra pickles on a cheeseburger - no extra pickles. Asked for a water bottle - they were out so asked for a Pepsi….got a Dr Pepper. Also, not sure what McDonald’s standard is with sauces anymore but we asked for BBQ sauce and Honey Mustard and got charged .50 cents for 1 bbq and 1 honey mustard? I thought each meal got at least A sauce with it and anything after I can maybe understand being charged? Still kind’ve ridiculous.
Took 15 minutes to get burger and fries delivered to my table. That's right. They take your order and bring it to your table. Want fast food, fast? Go somewhere else. Another stupid idea from the corporate boardroom !
McDonald's is good for a burger and fries but its really great washed down with 2 apple pies .there fast and cheap what more to say but just have a cold drink close the best is orange hi c blast
Drive thru was very fast moving. Food was hot and fresh. Soda was cold and refreshing!
