Lines are always outrageous, inside and out. Food isn't good it looks slapped together. And it's cold by time you get outta line. I was there for 2 cheeseburgers and a LG fries and sat for 20 mins. I'll never stop here again. There's 3 other McDonald's that I'll drive outta my way to go to just to avoid this place. Save yourself the hassle, go somewhere else.
The personnel were friendly, the food was fresh, hot. The service was quick considering the drive thru was backed up. I have to give them a great rating.
excessive wait times at night, had to knock for 15 mins, call, and waive at 2 different employees to ask for a food pickup (UberEats) until 1 employee clocked out and told me I had to go to the drive through instead. 10+ cars in line. 30+ min wait that could’ve been resolved with a simple sign saying pick on drive-thru line instead of “pickup at door across from drive thru lane”
Usually, I have a good experience. Today was HORRIBLE! I did an online order and came to pick it up. I confirmed my order number through the drive-thru and was just ignored for a few minutes. After saying “hello” the lady asked what I wanted to order, so I asked what window do I pick my order up from. She told me window 2. I went to window 2 and waited and waited. Nobody came to the window, so I drove around again and told her that nobody came to the window. She told me, “you must’ve gone to the 3rd window which is pickup window 2. Just go to that one and we’ll have your order.” Well, with people acting a lot like maniacs in the line, there was no way I could bypass all of the people in front of me, so I got to the window when it was my turn. Again, NOBODY was there! So, I came inside. I explained my situation and was told, “I sent someone to that window, but YOU weren’t there.” She then went to get my cold food and Luke warm coffee. I told her that I wasn’t accepting cold food and coffee. She got mad and asked if I just want my money back. I told her that I came for food, paid for it and expected to get it fresh like everyone else. She snatched the food from the counter and went to remake it. I told her that the coffee was too cold and she snapped at me, “I’m going to make you more of that too!” Then, when she brought the coffee, she slammed it down on the counter angrily. I expected so much more from this McDonald’s. Now, I will take my business to the one on Bristol Pike where they treat you like you’re an actual person.
The checkout machine didn't print out a receipt even though I asked for one. Also, there were no tents with numbers at the machine for me to add a number. The food was ok, pretty standard
Heading home from Philly, decided to get something for the road. This was the worst McDonald's I ever had in my life. The cheeseburgers must've been prepared ahead of time. Not good at all!!!!!°° the fish sandwich smelled like old fish
Horrible service ,I ordered a medium sausage mcmuffin combo ,was told can't get a combo ,they dont serve " fries " with breakfast, I stated I don't want fries ,I want hash browns . She said oh ,we have those ,then I asked to add a small o.j. ,she said we don't have o.j. how many sugars and cream in my coffee ,I said I like 3 creams and 6 sugars in a medium , when I picked up my order , they hand me a small coffee, I said I ordered and payed for a medium ,she said no ,you ordered small ,that's when I realized they took my money ,gave me no receipt, I said I ordered a small o.j. with my medium combo , she said no I didn't, I said the only thing I wouldn't do here ,is ever come back !
They just responded. I ordered 2 big breakfasts and I was in the drive thru. The ask me to move to the 3rd window. They forgot about my order I has to wait 10 mins for my food
We have stopped at McDonald’s last night around 10 o’clock Cut myself a chicken sandwich meal The chicken sandwich came with one slice of pickle only so that was flat this McDonald’s have remodeld this building not too long go End it only got worse
its all about the food, and its quite a bit worse than before they rebuilt, burgers and fries are consistently lukewarm..... unfortunately its better to drive to another spot than here
