My waitress Alisha needed some more practice or something… I literally had to remind her to bring bread,my drink as well as my partners drink. We didn’t even want to put another drink order in or dessert for our son because she barely checked on our table and when she came it was super quick. We just ate out food and left this time usual we sit and enjoy a great meal,drinks and awesome service… she needs to pick up the pace especially on a slow Friday night. The food was delicious per usual but the service was terrible. Despite this situation we will definitely dine here again.
Food was good as usual, this is a very consistent restaurant. Staff is also typically friendly and competent. Wait times are very short here.Like most medium to lower high end steakhouses, they will err on the side of more done as opposed to rarer. All in all good experience in a comfortable setting for a fair price. Their bread is also excellent.
This steakhouse is what you'd expect. The restaurant is clean. The decor is cowboy friendly. Large, appealing menu. Steaks are great as are most items on the menu. Service is good. Ample parking. There is a wait time on weekends.
We saved a place online on our way to our motel in Bensalem.When we got there we only had to wait a few minutes.The waitress was so friendly and the food was delicious.We love Longhorn.
I had a wonderful experience. The food was good and I wasn't waiting for a ridiculous amount of time for anything. The food looked fresh, and even though they didn't have the frozen drink my son likes, he was happy with his raspberry iced tea. Stacey was my waitress and she was tremendous.
We normally like to sit at the bar bc we usually get better service. There were two bartenders Nicole (long reddish hair) and Mike. I believe those were the names bc I asked the regular sitting next to me. Nicole was clearly having a bad night but was so aggressive in her body language, slamming things around, shouting at coworkers, and being extremely short with customers including us. Anytime I needed something I asked Mike for it bc he was very sweet. I normally don’t complain bc I feel like everyone’s going to have a bad day now and then but the fact none of our dishes got cleared the entire time we sat and we were never even checked on once we got our entrees and the fact Nicole was so aggressive with the way she handled herself was enough to ruin our date night. We so needed a date night that even when our first babysitter cancelled we worked so hard to finding another sitter to only leave early bc the entire vibe was completely ruined by this bartender. I don’t expect a lot but I expect to be acknowledged and treated better than what we experienced tonight. Below are pictures of our dirty dishes sitting there while we signed our check. We even had to ask for boxes that were never offered. Why are all those dirty glasses sitting in front of us??? We will stick to the one in Warrington it’s 10x better.
Dinner was great except that our medium well steak came out medium rare. Three weeks in a row. We won't be back. The new Outback does it great.Called the manager and he told me I should have said something while I was still there.
Excellent service from our waitress. Terrific salad as usual. Yummy baked potato and perfectly cooked ribeye steak. Sangria was so good.
I asked to be moved to a less crowded spot in the restaurant due to covid and the waitress said no bc she would no longer be our waitress. Aka, no bc she would lose our tip. Thanks for putting your money ahead of my safety.
Nice decor, friendly wait staff. Quick service, reasonsble prices. And top quality well prepaired steaks.
