The best Chinese food I have ever eaten. They are really nice . And the staff are so friendly. Highly recommend this place.
Best food in the area !!! When they are t super busy , my food is usually at my house after calling only 20 minutes before. Can’t beat good food and fast service !
Ordered wonton and egg drop soup a few days ago. The egg drop was great but I wasn't a fan of the weirdly shaped wontons. Will definitely try other items on the menu later but wont get the wonton soup again.
My wife and I are frequent customers. We returned from a 12 hour drive from Lexington Ky and called Hong Kong Star for an order pickup in route home. Upon arrival at the restaurant, I requested to use the restroom and they refused me access to the restroom after I informed them we just completed a 12 hour drive. How can a restaurant not provide restroom facilities for customers? Very poor customer service.
Best Chinese food in the area! The service is great and the portions are large. The only place that actually makes general Tso’s as spicy as you want with big pieces of white meat. Everything we have ordered has been excellent.
I ordered general Tso’s chicken and a cheesesteak roll. Simply put the cheesesteak roll was fine and I would get it again(8/10)… the chicken on the other hand was not so good. It came in about 8 somewhat large crispy chicken balls. The sauce was ok (6/10) the chicken was dry and honestly didn’t taste that good(5/10). I didn’t finish it… otherwise the people were friendly and food was made in about 15 minutes. I’ve had worse than this but personally would not recommend.
This is the first time ordering from Hong Kong Star Chinese Restaurant and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! ❤️ Fast delivery! Food was nice and hot. I’m very picky when it comes to food and even their chicken wings with their hot sauce was great! Our family ordered 7 different platters + 4 Pizza Rolls and every single one was delicious. Loved that they included Napkins, Utensils and lots of sauces plus straws for our Mango Fruit smoothies that were to die for. We will definitely be ordering again and again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Food is good. Clean white meat chicken. One of the better Chinese restaurants in town. Service is terrible. They answer the phone with a “hello” lol. Delivery takes a little long. If the service was good, I’d rate 5 stars.
I asked for vegetable lo mein and received a dry Lo mein with raw chicken for $13 I’m disgusted at this never again worse Chinese restaurant I’ve even been to there’s literally no taste to any of this
I normally like the food here alot I always tip drivers good but last nite I order food and I can tell the food was realy old made me really sick after I ate it im still very sick today please don't ever sell me old food again I spend good money with you guys I tip your drivers very well dont be lazy and sell people old food from days ago your make lot people sick like me and my family is today when people order out they expect the food to be fresh and made the same day
