Fantastic service and exciting new menu
Staff was Friendly as their name suggests hehe. I loved the skirt burger with generous servings of fried cheese. And I want to come back to try their entire ice cream selection!
They DONT serve Breakfast Anymore! And Open From Only 11AM! What happened?! So sad!! We used to have best breakfast and great deal during the weekday! BRING BACK BREAKFAST TO FRIENDLY’S!!:((((
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. if you work for doordash don’t come here, you’ll be waiting at least an hour. There were at least 40 customers jam packed in the lobby while covid is still at risk, and employees are barely paying attention. Terrible Store I’m making sure this is known. It’s always been so packed since I was a child and they still have no room.
We’ve lived in Bensalem for over ten years and have only visited this location once before for Take Out ice cream. However we sat in for a very impromptu get together and it was unfortunately a bit lackluster.The franchise isn’t putting any time or funds into the decor, the staff is overwhelmed because there isn’t enough of them to serve everyone efficiently. We waited over ten minutes for menus and then several more minutes for napkins and water. Which by the way, it’s heavily chlorinated and does more than cleanse the palette. The burgers were a solid 7.5 out of ten and they were a bit stingy with the fries. (My opinion.) The staff was friendly and accommodating given their circumstances, but I’m not a big fan of the franchise.
Nice and helpful staff. Kids love it here, we've been there many times. General pretty clean, considering all the kids that come thru this place hahaFood is good, but the ice cream is always on point!!

a medium sundae is 7.00. Too EXPENSIVE. They did not give me what I ordered. They bagged it so I didn't see it until I got home. I felt for that price they should have got my order right.
I had become a pretty frequent customer during my pregnancy with my daughter lol the staff is super friendly the waiter shamus I believe his name was knew what I was going to order just about every time I came lol (pregnancy cravings) love visiting a place that is very family friendly and other customers aren’t giving you annoying looks because of loud kids because most of the customers have kids with them? need more places like this
