I just ate what must be the best pizza I have ever had in my life! I stopped in yesterday for a couple slices, and before I ordered, the man making the pizza suggested I wait a few minutes, so he could make a fresh pie. The pizza was so good that I went back today and got a whole pie to take home. It was even better than I expected!! I’ve had a lot of good pizza from a lot of great places, but for my personal taste and desire when it comes to pizza, Frank’s gets the number one rank. Thank you to Frank’s and their crew for making top quality pizza!!
Great breaded wings. Good crab cakes. The sesame wings were my favorite. Will definitely order from here again.
The menu online is NOT accurate, the price for a "personal" Specialty pizza is actually $11 not $6.99. never great when the customer feels ripped off, that's a pretty big difference considering the amount of food you're getting, I would have gotten a large for $6 more. The pizza is very good though, 5 stars in fact. I highly recommend this spot to everyone, just grab a menu in person or ask the price over the phone and save yourself the surprise.
Over all above and beyond! Decided to order food while cleaning out my grandmothers around the corner. They were out of onion rings so we subbed mozz sticks. I gave the wrong adress which obviously was 100% my fault but they still took the food back and re-made the whole order fresh for us. This type of service is rare these days. I would have never thought they would have done that, I expected the food that was already made up for us to come out with the next delivery rounds. You have a return customer over the next few months while I'm there. A++ Keep it up!
Upon reading Google reviews I decided Frank's was a good pizza joint. The staff was great, but the pizza I ordered lacked taste. I'm not sure if I just ordered the wrong thing but it just wasn't very flavorful. The pizza fries were good though, and the portion size on the fries was great I would say it's enough for an appetizer for 2-4 people. The pizza I had ordered was the spinach classico and I had them add chicken to it for some sort of protein.
My experience at franks wasn’t how I expected it to be. When i went to franks I thought it would be a good place to have a drink with my daughter who just turned 21. I WAS MISTAKEN! The bartender was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional! She was cursing a lot around & at customers. Also I over heard her speaking poorly about a customer. I don’t know her name, but she was short, glasses and a pony tail. I left with my daughter and went somewhere else NEVER GO TO FRANKS. This lady needs to become more professional in a work environment absolutely ridiculous!
Enjoyed the pizza great crunch on the crust. Tried two types of wing. They made a special honey sriracha & it was really good. I asked them to add to menu.
We ordered delivery for our kids at 4:00. At 7:00 and two calls later there is still no food. Nothing was offered or done to resolve the issue or compensate for the inconvenience . We just never received our food and had to go get kids McDonald’s after a 2.5 hour wait .Extremely disappointing . I will no longer get food from Frank’s. Very unprofessional and disappointing . If I could give zero stars I would.
Most consistent in bensalem. Been ordering from here for 15+ years and never disappoints. Most places in bensalem are hit or miss, Frank’s is consistent. The sesame wings are to die for!
