As a late dinner in the hotel my partner and I are staying in we decided to order food through grubhub and try this place out. The menu looked wonderful, everything seemed great and well priced. I decided to get the "Vegetables Torta," and when it arrived it looked absolutely wonderful. I dug in and made it most of the way through my sandwich, but eventually I felt something weird in my mouth. Something hard, something that definitely was far from a vegetable. I pushed it out to the front of my mouth and was astonished to find a metal screw. I've heard horror stories of metal pieces being found within people's food, but this is beyond anything I could have imagined. Why are there screws in the kitchen? Why would screws be anywhere near the food prep area? By the time my food arrived and I found this in my sandwich, the resturant had closed by 2 minutes, meaning I couldn't reach out to anyone about this insane hazard in my food.Honestly? You probably shouldn't order from this place. You're either ordering from some sort of filthy, unsanitary kitchen, or you're ordering from someone who gets kicks out of putting sharp metal in peoples food.
I tried them for the first time today and ordered steak, chicken, shrimp, fish tacos all of them were delicious! Look forward to going back and trying other things on their menu :)
Unfortunately I've just gotten off the phone with Monze( that's the name I got) also I was told no management was available and this is a franchise and the owners arent around. thats fine but if type and level of handling is not going anywhere and you va l ue your customers and the quality that you want to offer, maybe try to get someone with escalation training or a BOss. so I talking to 2 other ppl , 1 hung up on me in mid conversation about my issue and person earlier that gave me his name as Carlos and called himself a supervisor (fake info) with a promise of a call back to correct my situation... This is what happen, So last night at 8:30 pm, ish I placed and order through uber ( because they don't deliver etc etc, no car ) when my food arrived MY ORDER was the polar opposite of what I ordered. 2 tongue sopes guacamole and Chips tongue burris... I got variety pack tacos.(not my order again) and I don't eat certain meats. so by then time this was delivered and wrong order discovered, they were closed and uber was not responding:( So I've had 3 prior orders, if they aren't missing 1 of our items all together, our other food missed the main protein with the meal . I have taken pictures to show uber and the restaurant. also when missing items I've called and rudely was told they forgot it and 1 time it was on their prep table. again no car how am I retrieving this!?!? BUT I STILL craved my Mexican food and the sad part is they are as close to authentic in this area that I can say. It's like the food I grew up with in California with my Familia. So after this issue uber will not process a refund because to many claims . and the restaurant has had the worse customer service and lack understanding to correcting this situation with. I have been loyal customer every with the prior mistakes. but this one was the Cherry!!!!! and being treated rudely by all ppl involved. sad disappointment all around. .. no refund, no food I heartily craved
So delicious! We have eaten at the one in Bristol but not in Bensalem until tonight. My husband was over the moon about the chicken in their quesadillas. It was so full of flavor! I got the fajitas and there was just so much beef… They were so flavorful as well. The Bensalem location is a little bit closer to our house so will probably be eating at this one more often. The waitresses were very nice and friendly. It was a shame we were too full from our dinner because I would’ve liked to have had a slice of their Tres leches cake. Maybe next time!
this is my 3rd time going back and i love this place! everything is so delicious!!
This place should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered a burrito bowl and paid extra for guacamole and asked for extra lettuce. It was supposed to come with sour cream, cheese, tomatillo sauce, among the other normal burrito filling. I got a handful of shredded meat and lettuce abs what looked like a half a teaspoon of old guacamole and nothing else but chunky tomatoes. Thank god I ordered on grubhub and got my money back. So disappointing and won’t be ordering again.
I love this location!!! I think it's the best one and the food is so good there!!! I can't wait to go again to try something else!! Oh yeah.... the tamales, my favorite!!! I also get the churros every time too. I like to switch up the main course because there's a great variety and I wanna try everything I can!!
So,It was my first time ordering it and idk if it'll be good or not.But to my surprise , it was great ?Everything was perfect including the flans.Most places have their tamales bland but this place has good tamales !! I was surprised.I ordered a tostada , tamales , veggie tacos, chicken tacos and flan.Tostada was pork , it was nice and moist shredded pork. Seasoning was good and I loved them.Tamales , like I said, it was good and tasty.The veggie tacos were my favorite..... The veggies were cooked just right and the mushrooms were soooo good.The chicken tacos were equally good.Lastly , flans. AMAZING.I saw many people said their food was not good but well I guess I got lucky ♥️Would definitely order from here again..
The waiter was very amicable and patient with me and my husband. The food was attentive and very well done. In my head they have a secret for the Guac cuz man it was delicious. Definitely coming back.
Came here with a friend enjoyed dinner and had free complimentary margaritas. Had 2 soft flour tacos with beans and rice. She had tacos dorados. Both were delicious! Also had an order of chips, pico de Gallo and guacamole. Cost us each under $20. Left a great tip cause our server Denise was great!
