I went inside due to drive thru line long. No one came to the front counter. A older man was sweeping the floor and I let him know that I wanted to make an order. The man nodded and kept sweeping the floor. As I'm waiting to be served.. the man was sweeping vigorously in close proximity of the doughnut section. Then took the broom to sweep off the crumbs from the ledge where the boxes were. Anyone knows whe you sweep... dust and other things kick up from the broom.. and again, he was sweeping hard. After witnessing that.. I was still waiting for service.. I took it as a blessing that it was not meant for me to get doughnuts. I walked right out if there and I look back.. still no one noticed. Please watch their behaviors when it comes to sanitation.. very disgusting ?
I was very disappointed in my last experience here at Dunkin. I was shocked how long it took to order and then receive my two coffees. There were 8 workers working but their assembly line was not working properly or their communication was off. I witnessed three errors with customers orders prior to my order.
Dunkin coffee and food is always great! Although I'm not that picky, so be your own judge ?
Usually have good experiences here but the last two times I went the drinks seemed like they were not made 100%. I understand it is difficult to get 100% every time but I have three Dunkin's close by and I have been going to the one a little further of the three for the slightly better quality.
I usually love this dunkin but lately there has been this one worker who has been so rude and impolite I heard her name is krupa. The younger workers are always sweet and always knows my order that is the only reason I go there.
Need to get better help on the window but the coffee is still great. They are missing out cause they have management taking the orders and can't understand what you are saying.
This place is ridiculous. It's open 24 hours which is perfect because I work at 3 am. That's the only good thing. I pull up everytime and it takes them forever to take my order. This morning I was sitting there yelling hello into the speaker drove around and the guy was straight up sleeping. I get how hard that shift is don't do it if you can't handle it. I have to drive out of my way because it's the only 24 hour dunkin and I won't be anymore I'll just go to wawa from now on.
They are sneaky and overcharge you. Today I order a medium frozen coffee and was charged for a large! I even asked the lady at the window as she yea yea’d me while swiping my card quick as hell. 2 stars because I’m being nice but I order dunkin’ regularly and knew that it wasn’t right.

Evertime I go They are Super Rude ! I never met so many Rude ppl before. I do not know how they even have a job. When your rude like that DON'T expect tips ?
