Best one, owners are so pleasant and they never mess up my latte.
The staff is efficient and prompt in processing orders. Coffee was made perfectly.
Coffee was good but they're super stingy with the sugar. It was 3 of us with large coffees and when I asked for extra sugar for all 3, she gave me 3 packets lol....I had to ask for more so she gave me 3 more packets, so I had to ask for more and got 3 more packets. Lol. The drive thru went very fast.
Third and the last time was trying to get coffee and avocado toast , always getting the wrong order, stuff does not care , always giving an attitude. Nobody had gloves on !!! Horrible experiences..
Not friendly but not unfriendly,Order incorrect most of the visits,Not personable staff.Business is about people consuming your service not just your product.
3rd time visiting this Dunkin Donuts and honestly the last. Quality of both coffee and food has gone downhill due to staff not caring about quality control and customer satisfaction. My coffee this morning was Luke warm and full of sugar. (Not drinkable) It doesn't take a College Degree to make or brew a simple cup of coffee ?? ? Sad to see this franchise perform the way they do. Management and/or ownership need to take reins and fix this.
Walk in orders are never fulfilled correctly. I just had a donut that was at least a day old. The Dunking at Bristol and Hummeville in the gas station is much better than this one.
Cant keep staff so always training which slows everything down
Coffee tastes burnt which sucks. Had some from the one on Street Road and it was good. Got a wrap and was underwhelmed.. Half a circle of an egg and like half a strip of bacon.. My order was 4.11 which seemed high for a small black coffee and a little wrap. When I gave them cash they said "have a good day" and didn't give me my change... Which was 9 cents but still...awkward. Gonna check out other places.
Bacon isn't crispy because it's microwaved.
