Don't waste your time or money. This Chipotle is the worst. They can't decide if they want to do online orders only or in-person only. I've given them multiple chances thinking it would get better, because they used to be good, but not anymore. I'm done. Today I placed an online order only to show up and the doors to be locked. No sign on the door; had to find out from other customers that they're only taking online orders, but no way to go in and get them. Had to wait for someone to come outside so I could ask them to bring my order out. Food was cold and veggies were raw. They honestly have no business being open at all.
This is the worst Chipotle I've been too. It sucks because it's also the closest to me. The hours are all over the place. Found them closed for lunch on a random Tuesday, Friday night. If you order online the burritos are tiny and barely have any meat in them. Then the last time I went they were open but only taking online orders and that took almost an hour. Then they called my name to say my burrito was done and instead of handing me my burrito, she went to that back for ten minutes to start filling up nacho bags. When she got back she gave me my burrito because she forgot and didn't even apologize. I know it isn't .uch, but a little customer service goes a long way. Needless to say I won't.be going to this Chipotle again, I'd rather drive the 5 miles to the one near Neshaminy Mall.
Without a doubt the worst Chipotle around! Waited in line for 10 minutes behind 6 people just now. They had no meat ready? At 3:30 in the afternoon. How is that possible? How do you not have any meat? How do you not have rice? I’m not sure what’s going on there but every employee needs to be fired. Employees were laughing at the fact there was no food.There is only ever one person working the line. 1-2 people working online orders. And 5-6 people standing around in the back. They changed the hours constantly. Open and close when they want. Apparently, they only have meat and rice when it’s convenient for them. Just close already. Worst place around.
Went into chipotle Sunday 3/27 and had an online order placed for 2:40 pm. The online order didn’t work for me and my friends which wasn’t the issue. We had to stand in line and heard the one worker say to the customer in front of us, “ you need to tip me because you don’t speak English” and then proceeded to point to the tip jar and say that we should tip her. I will not spend my money at a place that has racist workers and can’t treat people with common courtesy.
After stopping here on my way back from a trip, my friends and I placed an online order. We had to stand in line to tell them our orders because their online ordering was down, which is fine because that happens. The problem is that the customer in front of us did not speak English, and the worker proceeded to tell him “you have to tip me because you don’t speak English”. She then pointed to the tip jar and told us to tip. I usually tip, but I will not tip a racist worker.
Every time I visit this location it’s always a problem, if I walk in, it’s only online orders, if I place an online order the food is wrong, today I walk in from my job, after a 12 hour shift, waited in line for 10 minutes, and watch the guy attending get white rice from the online orders section for the couple ahead of me twice because he had no more, but i clearly heard him said it was taking like 5 minutes for the rice, but even so he went to the online orders to get it for them. When it was my turn he clearly told me there was no more white rice, now he decided he didn’t want to get more for me, that waited for so long, he clearly told me if I wanted white rice that I needed to place an online order or go to the other nearest chipotle. NOT VERY POLITENever coming back, even though it’s a few blocks from my job and it’s where I come for my breaks
This location needs to be shut down, they close whenever they feel like when the store hours clearly say 10 p.m. uber eats driver gets there and they refused to make the order. This location alone is single handedly driving down the company stock. I wish I could give 0 stars, this is not the first time I've tried to get food and they just decide they're done when they wanna be, but they want 20+ an hour, what a joke ??
Worst chipotle. Go here if you want to take a 50/50 chance at getting your food. Might as well shut it down. They switch from in store orders only to online orders only at complete random times. So you’ll show up and be told online order only when they’re right in front of you and completely capable of taking your order - it gets better, so then you’ll go on to your phone to online order and then the page will say they aren’t taking online orders at this time??? Just for the worker to say “I’m sorry”. Sorry for what?! You’re literally behind the counter ready to prepare food! Why are they even there then? It makes absolutely no sense. If you didn’t think it could get any worse - it does, they open and close as they please. Extremely rude staff including the management. They will literally lock the doors during dinner time and be inside just standing there doing nothing. Do they just not want to work but be on the clock? It’s pathetic.
By far the worst Chipotle i’ve been to. Ive given it several chances expecting different results but it never fails to highly disappoint. This location is on a major road and has never had consistent hours, always understaffed, with online orders never complete. Ive mentioned several times their automated system and hours online are still outdated, and genuinely no one cares. Round of applause to the owner, either care more about your business or stop the pathetic attempt at trying to serve people food.No hate to the staff, I wouldn't want to work under these conditions either.
l am begging you please do not eat from this chipotle. They need to be shut down immediately or they need to replace the managerial staff. This is by far one of the worst chipotles I’ve ever been to. They are very understaffed and the staff/management that do work there lack the ability for basic common sense. They need to change their hours on their website as well. They never open at a consistent time everyday. They constantly leave customers guessing at when they open and close. If they are understaffed they open late or close early. I’ve known several people that worked there and they would highly agree. They would also agree in me saying that the associates are very rude and disrespectful to customers and other employees. Unless someone calls corporate on this specific location nothing is going to change. I love the company and their other locations but Chipotle in Bensalem will forever remain the most hated chipotle in America. Lastly I will never ever spend another penny at this store even if it was the last resource for food in the entire world.
