"No mobile orders" ever since covid hit.Update 5/2/2022 - My friend tries ordering through the app but now they're closed and don't open till 3pm. At the very least please convey this through the app.Honestly, why let people order through the app, for them to drive all the way down to this Chipotle just to be greeted with this sign. It's honestly just disrespectful at this point.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and provided great service. I got a burrito and a side of chips and guac. I didn't realize how spicy the burrito would be and I have a very sensitive stomach (spicy food, unless very mild, irritates it a lot, and this was pretty spicy,) so unfortunately I didn't get to finish it, but it tasted very good and I wish I had been able to. But the chips and guacamole were AMAZING and not spicy at all so I got to enjoy all of that at least! So even though I didn't get to finish my meal, 10/10 because if I didn't have such a sensitive stomach it would have been perfect. I would just recommend if you have heartburn or a sensitive stomach like I do, to ask about the spice level before you order. Rookie mistake!
Why in the world would this place be open but make me order online? I'm standing in your restaurant already, just make my order. On top of that, they completely messed up my order (wrong ingredients in my burrito, completely missed my side of chips and guac), had zero sense of urgency or politeness, and didn't call out my name when my order was ready, so I had no idea it was done. I don't think I'll ever have chipotle again. Nothing but terrible experiences with them as of late.
Order 2 burrito bowl yesterday and there were hardly any meat, rice was not cooked, salsa was wrong..... Lately food and service quality is very poor.
I usually get the bowls. I am pleased overall with the food quality. The last time I was there they were running out of two or three items so those could not be selected which is unusual for this location. On the other issue I have at this location is on Sunday afternoons they sometimes are not open because they are cleaning the restaurant.
Always out of toppings like lettuce and guacamole, the portions are small. Burritos are made sloppy by staff. Too expensive to not leave satisfied
They barely added and rice or steak in my bowl, they’re rude and trained poorly! It’s upsetting considering I paid damn near $25 for this.
Friendly staff, and generous portions! While Chipotle - like everyone else - is getting more expensive lately, they have not been skimping on quality or the amount of food you receive.Again, in the current market, it's rare to be served by people who aren't acting rude or miserable - everyone behind the counter has been great.
I was so disappointed I got a speckle of chicken put into my bowl this is very frustrating the inconsistency of the amount given makes me not want to come to this establishment anymore.sometimes I have so much chic put in u would think I asked for extra.it is important to train your employees to be consistent with the brand and to me that's more important than being overly friendly when I walk in. As a customer I like to know when I order the same thing I get the same thing it shouldn't be based on who is behind the counter but unfortunately what this particular franchise it does
Was pretty good, I got alot of extras in my burrito.
