The food here isn't bad. I decided to stop in on a whim because I've never actually been to a Chili's before. The southwest egg roll was actually pretty good and I liked the sauce. To be honest the crispy chicken sandwich was kind of like an upscale wendy's chicken sandwich, that might sound bad but it isn't. The chicken was a nice portion, wasn't dry and had a really good crunch so it was definitely an upgrade-- the bun was also very fresh and the sauce on it was really good, I wish I had an extra side of it to dip my fries in. My GF got a bowl that had chicken and avacado in it and she liked it. Her only complaint is that she also wanted more sauce. Overall this place is definitely a step up from fastfood and I would come back for sure.
I come to this Chili's every week and today I had the most rude disrespectful waitress (Krystal) ever. My food was good but I felt like the waitress was rushing me to order so she could leave at 4pm. Inspite of the service I received today I will return but only when the other waitress is here.
First time with my kids and my brother here and the last one. First of all we don’t feel welcome to eat there, we feel discriminated by the way they treated us. The service was unfriendly and rough. The food was not good at all. They waitress don’t give us attention to know if we need something or refill the sodas. I eat in better places. They have young people that don’t have manners to treat the customers. I would not recommend this place for everyone including hispanic people.
There was a woman who served us and she deserves a raise or at least a position to be president. Excellent charisma. Open and friendly. The best part was the fact that our food actually came out hot and she didn’t forget anything! We need more servers like her, I wish I remembered her name ?
Waitress was on point. Prompt service. Food was delicious and hot. Waitress refilled drink without asking and brought over refill chips which was a nice extra treat. Affordable pricing for a nice warm meal. My husband and I got the 2 for $25 and it was a good portion size and had a nice dessert after our meal. Definitely will be returning.
Don’t like the food at all . Got boneless wings with bbq sauce , kids chicken fingers , brisket quesadilla (smelled fishy) , beef nachos that were horrible and I spit it right out .it didn’t look like beef to me ,kids pizza & a cheeseburger . The only thing that got eaten was the pizza and burger everything else got boxed and going to the dogs! The waitress was nice, the place is clean and a comfyatmosphere ! Spend close to 80$ Just wish the food taste better ;) we were first timers here and it will prob be the last

Mark my words this place will be shut down in a matter of months I’ve been here twice and both times no one wanted to give us a table. Stood there for five minutes this time someone who worked there just sat at bar eating watching us wait no one ever came up so we left. Place was completely empty wasn’t ever sure if the place is open to be honest
First time eating there. The wait time wasn't long, the waitstaff was very pleasant, food was Great and delivered in a timely manner. Would most definitely go there again.
