Why would you pack the condiments in my “LG Fries Box” with my French fries. That was so unsanitary!!!!! What was supposed to be a LG fry, was a small fry with dirty Condiment packs on top.Totally shocked at the service!!!Who ever made this order… retrain.
Couldn’t imagine giving this Chick-fil-A (or any other Chick-fil-A, for that matter! LOL) anything less than 5⭐️! Always the most professional, thorough, pleasant, kind, classy, & speedy staff around! We are almost always in & out — be it an ear-in occasion or a drive-through/take out occasion. Most impressive is that the last time my family & I ate in at this location, not only did they have the usual cutlery, condiments, etc. out & available for use whilst eating in, but they also had little 4 packs of crayons & small little cups with lids containing cheerios for all the little rugrats that come through! I thought that was such a lovely, wonderful & thoughtful touch that I had never seen at another fast food joint ever before. Oh, AND! Don’t even get me started on the food!!! Try it once, if you dare ……. ‘Cuz I have a little hunch that VERY soon after that first taste, you’ll begin making this joint a verrry frequent stop in your daily routine — it’ll be burning holes in your pockets before ya know it! ? MONEY WELL SPENT!!! 150000%!
This place doesn’t like when you confront them about issues they cause. I got a wrong sandwich and the only said sorry. No refunds or anything.
I received the grilled chicken wrap. It should have been called a lettuce wrap because there was plenty of lettuce but hardly any chicken. Will not be ordering this ever again.
I use the app, so it's usually quick. I got home and my food was still hot, and the people are always nice.
This franchise is hit or miss. Unlike the ones in Plymouth Meeting, East Norriton, and most the malls; this particular Chick-fil-A rivals the one in King of Prussia. It is managed extremely well.Although it is very busy, they run like clockwork and they are very polite. You can save time by ordering in their app and picking your food up inside by letting them know you are there.If you use all of the electronic tools available, I think you will be impressed as well. Last week there were customers eating inside, which was the first time in a very long time with Covid.
Who's brilliant idea was it to close on Sunday? This is the 20th time that I'm in the parking lot when Chick-fil-A is closed. $400 that could have been Chick-fil-A's but nope, they've decided to close under the false pretext that Sunday is the Sabbath. Closing your business for a reason that is not true. Great!
Food Was Good as Always Just Wish they would offer Specials They Make More than Enough Money and a Sandwich and Frie Special won't break the Bank....??♂️??♂️??♂️??
