Pizza was smushed and half the cheese was in the box and not even on the pizza. Paper was completely stuck to all the cheese. I pulled out the one half decent regular piece and threw out the rest of the regular pizza. At least the white was edible.
the pizza wasn't really in the top, they can make it better, but the workers were friendly and very nice.

Great cheese steaks! The rolls are so fresh! The grilled buffalo chicken salad was awesome, too. Loved the mild buffalo sauce.
Ordered 3 slices of pizza, a chicken finger platter, 2 cans of soda and a bottle of water. Before ordering, we were looking at the pizza that was displayed, and asked the girl what kind they were. She asked the tall bigger lanky guy. (I guess he was the cook, not quite sure cause he was the only one that didn't look like he was doing much of anything.) I placed my order....and was asked what kind of sauce with the chicken fingers and if I wanted the platter or just the fingers. I turn to my 13 year old cause it was for her. She wanted the platter. Ok...perfect. So we go to sit down, to barely finding a table because they were all dirty. Two minutes after sitting, our slices are brought out. Not hot, but warm enough. So we begin eating our slices, right after adding some seasoning. The hot sauce was completely empty and the parmesean cheese was so compacted at the bottom, looking as if it was never rotated. We were sitting and talking. A little while longer, my daughter says to me,"Are they going to bring me my food?" I figured chicken fingers take longer, but let me ask. I go to the counter, and to find out the chicken fingers and fries were NEVER put in. The tall guy was nothing but rude, along with looking unprofessional and to put nicely, a slob. He had no customer service leader skills. The one counter girl said she heard me order it, and didn't know why it wasn't put in. There is very VERY poor/bad customer service. Overpriced for couple slices of pizza. No gloves or face coverings worn. Beards not covered. Definitely not sanitary. I WILL NOT be a returning customer nor are my family and friends. This place Champs IS NOT worth the money or aggravation. Take my advice and eat elsewhere.
I like cheese steak here! Well made and bread was fantastic! Many places in Philly claim the best cheese steak. I always thought that yours was close to the top!
people always ask me if what i had was good and i always say the same thing "yes, have some." doesnt matter what, its all good. i would marry their buffalo chicken chesesteak if it asked nicely though.
Their Pizza varieties are amazing and tastes good, my favorite is the Cheese steak pizza. But, I ordered wings for the family the other night and was so disappointed. there was so much hard gristle you had to peel it and the skin off because you could not chew it. it was plump with meat but chewy as well. I would not purchase them again.
ordered small pizza for delivery. Driver bringing pizza with cheese all over the box. not on the pizza and pizza was cold and disgusting. How can someone sell it like that? only non professional ..and rude one dirty pig.i asked for money back. He told me Oh mam I am Sorry.... Well i am sorry for his business He is not going to have one.
Ordered a bacon pizza, this is what we got. More like half a bacon pizza. So what’s the point of paying extra for this? Food is usually good quality and tastes good. But this isn’t good quality or going to taste good. Either you’re going to have an overwhelming bacon taste or not enough. Cmon guys?
