I didn't even get to order. Had the item up called the people to place the order. They could hear me on speaker. I switched over to take her off of speaker. Then I had to switch back to the menu on my phone for the name of the omelet I wanted and the lady got annoyed that fast. I'm a millennium and move fast between screens.
I wouldn't have even given a star if I could have wrote my experience without giving one. I use to order from here on grubhub all the time cause it was fast and food was goo. However the last few times I have ordered my food was cold and items were forgotten. This last time was the last straw for me. This time my order arrived 30 minutes late and was cold and forgot the drinks. I will take my business somewhere else that cares about the customers and getting things right. Save your money n time and order somewhere else.
NEVER AGAIN! Absolute rip offs and extremely disappointing and dissatisfied with the food.We ordered a cheesesteak with egg and they made a omelet with little pieces of steak in it.And my California breakfast sandwich had 2 pieces of bacon on it with a avocado that wasn’t fully ripe.The whole menu is deceiving and all the pictures did not match what we got. None of our sandwiches were “Belly busters” They will never get another cent from us again.
Disappointment calling order for 20 minute pick up arrived at restaurant in my order was not put in waited additional 20 minutes usually very good and on time with service very disappointed at this point. What's the point for calling in a order!
Disgusting, rude, ignorant, and belligerent customer service. Got our order wrong and refused to do a refund or any other option to satisfy the customers (which my coworkers and I who obviously work at a hospital with the address given can't give food back for a refund because of the Covid patients we are around). An employee decided to yell at and be rude as well as short tempered with my coworker and I on the phone and told us he was hanging up. I made a public post disapproving of their services rendered and their response was "You just want to eat for free don't lie. Have a nice day;)". I can't believe the disgusting comment coming from anyone let alone a small business - especailly in times like these. Obviously they could care less about their customers and are too stuck up to worry about their reputation. It's sad because I was a customer for years and loved their food and recommended them to everyone but will no longer recommend them. It's the holiday season for crying out loud. Highly disappointed.
Would've given it a 4 or 5 star. However, I felt rushed when placing my order and uncomfortable like they just wanted me to order and get out. The food was good the last time Which is why I'm back a 2nd time. Even offered to bring my food out which is fine but I felt underlying reasons for that. Because of the rushed service and that uncomfortable feeling I got both times. I'm not sure I'll be back.

This was my last stop before leaving PA, and it was a great way to end the trip. I wish I knew about it sooner. Cute, small little place with awesome customer service.The presentation of the club sandwich, little air holes in the boxes so the fries don’t get sweaty, and they even took it out to the car for us. They are awesome and I hope to see them get some support!
Its sad to say that I rate this place 2 stars, I was excited to try out some deliciously described items on their online menu but I got there at 6am at their open time to locked doors. 10 minutes goes by as I wait in my car and nothing changes. I will come back again one day but I sadly admit I had to leave unserved and hungry.
