Full service dine in and to go options, the menu displayed on screen was super cool. Most dishes I looked at were between $10-18 I remember, was busier than I expected but it was a Saturday night. It is located inside the casino, next to Burgervana. The decorations were beautiful as well
On a whim I ordered the $32.00 Peking duck for one person. The duck is ok even if small. However, the side options are noodles, I believe, or wushu pancakes. I figured these would be like scallion pancakes. I received three flour tortillas? At least the scallion onions were fresh. Not worth the price at all.
Excellent food. Entrees better than spring rolls etc. Highly recommend.
Great atmosphere, service and the house lo me in is delicious. I got extra chicken and shrimp because I don't eat pork so they substituted it out for me.
Place is a joke. Everyone who goes to parx knows not to call in orders cause no one ever answers the phone. If your lucky enough to place a pick up order good luck getting it - you’ll wait at an employee less hostess stand for 20 minutes before they give you the bag of food you’ve been staring at. Any time I ask anyone for help their attitude is horrible. Last time I eat here, no one parx regs have just begun to give up on this sham of a noodle house
Food is passable but overpriced. They never answer the phone. Customer service is terrible unless you’re Asian. Have been told they’re not doing take-out orders on multiple occasions and then saw them taking orders from Asian people immediately after
The service was much faster and more attentive for 'regulars.' We were told to seat ourselves then asked to move because someone else was coming in for that table. There was no signage. The menus were re-used and 'regular' customers had their hands in the clean silverware tray looking for something.
We visited this restaurant with no reservations after not finding a table at our favorite restaurant and found it to be a nice surprise. Our dinner was served hot and tasty. As some of the other posters mentioned, yes the service is a bit slower but not so much as to deter from dining here in the future. Worth the visit.
I usually get take out at this restaurant. However I decided to sit in tonight. It took forever to be seated. It took over 30 mins for food to come out. It was not hot. The waiter was tried and fatigued from working the night shift. Horrible serve they need to be better trained and have breaks to rest. My food was good.
I asked for plain fried rice. The price was $16.00. If I was greeted with respect, perhaps I would have bought it. May Bambu restaurant learn customer service
