Bartender Christie, took care of me promptly. Food was good and service impeccable. A well run Applebees.. I have to apologize to the staff because I got into a heated political disagreement with another patron at the bar. He may have started it but I didn’t have to bite. We didn’t shout but I am sure the staff and other customers just wanted a quiet time. I can’t blame the drink because I only had Heineken N/A.
Was a wonderful time spent with family.Service was speedy & professional.Dining room was clean & quiet.
Food was awesome took awhile to get seated. Have a new system for paying. You use the app and QR scanner to pay. And browse the menu but you can have it old fashion and get a menu too. I tried one of their new bowls it was a Alfredo chicken spinach tasty if you like your vegetables mixed in. I even recommended something to someone and they loved my recommendation. I liked it because it was basically sweet Mac and cheese and chicken strips. The price isn't too bad. You got 2 for $20's if you looking for bargains. Me personally I'd stick to what you like or if your adventurous try something new.
Great waiter and nice staff. Food was good. I got a Spring Special Margarita for $5…can’t remember the exact name of the drink. It was so good that I actually had two! I so rarely drink so just ordering one is about all I can handle. Lol
Very Disappointed - went to Applebee's on Sunday, they were not crowded and we were seated immediately. However, the person who seated my party assumed that we would use an app on our phone to place an order. Never asked if we prefer a menu which we did. If a restaurant assumes that it is best to use a phone to place orders, then maybe a sign should note on the front door. We sat until the waiter had a change to serve us, and he was kind in providing the menus. If this is the way Applebee's prefers their customers to place orders, purchase disposal paper menus. This set the tone for our meal. The waiter was excellent, and the good was good.Applebees deserves no stars for the way they handle customers. Not everyone has a phone attached to their hands - where is the customer service? Since when should everyone assume using a phone 24-7 is the way to go. When people want to go out to dinner, phones should be put away, v only used outside, and enjoy the meal. Not to be used the way Applebee's assumes phones should be used. SAD!!!
The food was tasty. The drinks nicely mixed.the place was sterile clean. My only complaint was the screaming, I'll mannered little girl who set my teeth on edge. I couldn't even blame the child with the horrible parents. What type of parent takes a child to dinner at 9:00pm, and then sits in the bar??? I felt sorry for the nice waiter who had to put up with them.
The service was very slow and it took the waiter almost half an hour to come and ask how was everything? We needed drinks as soon as he dropped off food. He took off so fast we didn't get a chance to order drinks. Then i have a service dog and he was petting him and then he put food on our table. I am usually asked if anyone wanted to per him but no. The food was great when we got it but 45 minutes later we finally got it.
Did not have to wait long which was nice. Food was hot and tasty. Our drinks were made well, pretty good mojito.
Food and drink was pretty good for the price. I enjoyed the seating space and the wait dress hospitality and timeliness. The QR menu worked for some people and not for others (such as myself unfortunately). Don’t use the QR on the receipt to pay, it doesn’t work.
They have good food and good drinks sometimes they are on special deals that they have but at the same time sometimes they mess up on your order
