This is our EVERY Thursday spot. The staff is friendly and there are no complaints about them as people, and while we understand there are mostly teens and young people running the show, unfortunately, there is something they mess up each and every week, despite the fact we order the same exact thing each and every time. Great people, just check your orders (online, pickup or drive thru...even dine in and side order to-go) before you leave.
Went thru the drive thru tonight and the girl that took my order was rude ( barely could get a word in and the attitude was just disrespectful and what I asked for i got opposite and when I ask for mild sauce because she didn't ask and I still didn't get any. Not the 1st to.e they messed up or the workers are just ignorant. Being nice didnt help. 4Do better. Your customers make your paychecks just remember that. I'll stay with the one on Pleasant Valley Altoona Pa.
My order was wrong so I called the restaurant and who ever answered the phone was unacceptable to my standings..I told him what was wrong and he said that's not my fault you will have to contact door dash for a refund..first off door dash didn't prepare my order taco bell did. So there for they should of made sure everything was in the bag. Second I ordered throw door dash because I broke my leg and can't get out. Needless to say I won't be getting from that restaurant again.
Wish they sold 6 pack of tacos. Love that my order was correct and really tasty
For the past month I have been obsessed with Taco Bell. EVERYDAY! This location is the best one in town.

Finally able to eat in daughter Tracy and I ate there other day. Haven't had in a while 2 soft tacos and their cinnamon twists. Just as excellent as i remembered. Sorry no photos taken.
Paid to get steak instead of beef on my burritos. Pretty simple order, get it home and you guessed it, no steak. I paid for steak and didnt get it. How hard is it to read the screen and make it the way it says, and no, they were not busy. This Taco Bell seems to do this often they did it to me last week too. Not going there anymore.
This taco bell is better than the other one intown but lacks consistency. As a fast food restaurant that's kinda like a big part. Depending on what week you go in or who is working you could get great, fresh hot food with out any issue, but other times you get Luke warm food and missing items. Always get your receipt just incase. Learned the hard way multiple times.
