Food was ok. Several mistakes on our order. Those who got fries received 5 at a time. I requested no bun with a fork and knife and broccoli. Received a bun no utensils and fries. Everyone has bad days so we didn't complain. They weren't very busy so unsure where the breakdown was with the service. Took a very long time for refills and other request like ranch. Hopefully their day got better.
The waiter was nice but I have braces asked for a fork and knife. I had to wait over 20 minutes. My friend ask for fondue and ketchup and that was another 20 minutes. We needed fries and drinks. Again had to wait forver. I understand places are busy I work fast food but this is absolutely ridiculous. We have been here now for over an hour and half. I will never come here again. We asked for a discount for this and we only got $8 off which doesn't even cover the burger.
I told the waitress me and my husband’s hamburgers was cold she apologized about it . She went to tell manager to come talk to us. He told her he was going to take the burgers off our bill. He never came to talk to us but went right past our table to deliver Simone’s food and never stopped on the way back through. When the waitress brought our bill she told us the manager was only going to take 1/2 off the burger price. I feel the manager was very unprofessional by not coming out to resolve the issue with the cold burgers. The waitress did offer to have new burgers made for us but we had already waited a really long time for our food the begin with . I will never go there again
Good food and a fun atmosphere. Got the brisket burger and it was really good. That's what I've included as a photo. Can't go wrong with the bottomless fries either!
My burger was not made the way I ordered it. It had no bacon no mayo and ketchup and some white colored sauce was added on it instead.I got steak fries instead of the sweet potato fries I ordered as well. To top it off my steamed broccoli was not even in there with my meal they just decided not to send it at all...
For the price I paid I was expecting the burger to be fresh like 5 guys not like a $3 frozen patty from save-a-lot. The onion rings were cooked perfect but had an aftertaste like the grease wasn't changed. At least the strawberry lemonade and mud pie was amazing.
We ate at Red Robin in Altoona. While the service was a bit slow, we were okay with it since they seemed short staffed at 2:30 in the afternoon. The food was good and I gave good ratings on the survey. However the table Kiosk did not provide a receipt so we had to wait for the waitress to bring a receipt. Once we were on the road I looked over the receipt and discovered I was overcharged almost $15. We turned around and returned. The manager apologized and corrected it. I am disappointed that we were not offered some other compensation for their error and our inconvenience. We are out of towners and the extra time it took to travel back 10 miles was discouraging.
The food was cold and not very appealing the burgers were so dry also no moisture to them at all
I was a little worried I was about to eat an overpriced burger at a sit-in fast food shop. I was wrong. Red Robin is probably now my new favorite place to get a burger. Flavor was great; the fries were good. SERVICE WAS FAST! Happy we stopped, wife and I both enjoyed are meals and drinks. It's definitely worth a try.
Great food..friendly service!! Sauces are full of flavor and great for dipping fries or onion rings. Will definitely be back to try more burgers. This tiime I tried the BLTA sandwich. Very good, a lil' messy!
