First time eating here and I will not be back. Food was not worth the money. Had to ask for dipping sauces that we ordered and silverware to eat with. Pretty sure the chicken tenders were under cooked so we didn’t eat them. Meanwhile during our bad experience there was another upset customer who requested a refund due to waiting over 20 minutes for tenders. After he received his refund we could hear the employees talking about that customer. Horrible experience and customer service. Safe to say I will never eat at a Popeyes again.
Out of mayo and pickles for sandwiches. Out of sweet tea. Forgot an entire 8pc chicken from an 8pc Family meal. Forgot my apple pies.. this place is a joke. The manager needs fired and the place restaffed. How do you run out of the 2 Condiments you have as a staple on EVERY Sandwich. How do you miss the main part of an 8pc family meal.. y’all need to go.
Two days in a row they didn’t have bread for sandwiches, fries, or chicken tenders. I kept hearing to give them a shot because they’re under new owners but having food at a location is kind of important!
Waited over 45 minutes for $40+ worth of food we ordered on their website. Not door dash or any other party but right through Popeyes. So after 10 minutes they come out and say they are out of unsweetened tea and the chicken for chicken sandwiches. Ok cool I'll take a coke and substitute the chicken sandwich. They refused to substitute anything for the chicken sandwich, wouldn't even use chicken tenders at our suggestion and refused to give a refund because I ordered not through their window but online. On their site and through my confirmation email I couldn't find how to get a refund and they kept refusing and refusing to give me this $5 sandwich all the whole also not completing the other things in my order. I finally say I just want to leave so the manager on duty has to call another manager who also refuses any substitute and says the only thing they could do was toast a bun and give us 3 chicken tenders in a box. I even said look I just want my $40 or my order. I won't tell anyone anything. I'm not sure how a company can be embarrassed about substitutions on their menu items over being out of popular items on the menu. Completely insane to think a customer will leave with no food and no refund. Over a chicken sandwich they could have put 2 chicken tenders on and I would have left a happy customer with no judgement towards them that they can't keep stock of items like tea, coke and chicken for their sandwiches. 1 location with s ridiculous policy that took 45 minutes and a call to corporate for a refund to resolve has me never even being a customer here again. If you like Popeyes do NOT go to this location! Unbelievable! Left with a refund and took my business elsewhere. McDonald's may not get the order correct all the time but at least they try to satisfy their customers after THEIR OWN MISTAKES! I'm certainly not the chicken restaurant, running out of chicken and refusing refunds or replacements so I'm not sure who should b to blame here because the workers certainly thought it wasn't them or the restaurant?
I tried popeyes for the second time tonight, i was giving it another chance because last time i had it, it was horrible. Well tonight hasn’t been any better, i say at the drive thru for over 15 mins waiting for them to take my order. I got the new buffalo ranch chicken sandwich, i got home and there’s barely any sauce on it and no pickle. It’s awful.
The food was good as always. But I bought two 10 pieces and they were 10 wings among the two boxes. The thing I loved the most was the cashier was very sweet. She had a genuine smile, asked how my day was going, and listened to the answer. She was very friendly and made me smile though I had to wait for a while for my order. That is the kind of customer service we all wish we could have every time.
Back when this Popeyes first opened I ate there because I was so looking forward to it and I was so disappointed but it was a breaking of my world not to ever eat at a restaurant when it first opens because there is a learning curve. So last night I finally tried it again and it was awesome it was so nice to finally have Popeyes chicken again we got the chicken tenders I got spicy my son got mild I also got shrimp in my box unfortunately they were out of fries so we couldn't get those but that just made us try other sides I got red beans and rice and he got mashed potatoes and gravy now he's 10 and never ate a Popeyes before so he didn't like them mashed potatoes and gravy because of the spice I thought the red beans and rice were good but still missed my fries but again not their fault that they were out apple pies were awesome and I'll definitely be going back even though it is a little pricey there it's definitely worth it now as opposed to when they first opened So anybody else that first tried it when they opened you can go back now it tastes like Popeyes now.
When my husband and I went to this location previously the food was subpar and we said we wouldn't be coming back. When I heard it was under new management we decided to give it another to. This time the food was much better but service was lacking. The dining room is open but yet they had none of the stuff out such as napkins, condiments (other than jelly and pepper), and the soda machine was out of order. The girl that took our order was very nice but seemed a bit lost with certain things. There were 2 girls working the front and they were both running around doing anything while the guys in the back were just standing around doing nothing. It was 2 hours after opening but we were the only ones in the dining room and there were multiple dirty tables. Surprisingly the regional manager who just took over the location was there and talked with us about our experience and his plans to try and get this location back on track. We were ready to write this place off but after speaking with him are willing to give it another try.
I don't usually leave reviews, but I wanted to give the young lady working the drive thru props. It was Friday at dinnertime so it was fairly busy. We waited for awhile before she greeted us through the microphone, apologized, and asked us to pull up to the window. There were a couple cars in front of us. We heard the driver of the first car yell angrily before pulling off into a parking spot, so we had an idea that things were not going well. As we sat waiting for the car in front of us to get served, we considered just leaving, but there aren't any Popeyes where we are from, so we decided to stick it out. When we got to the window the young lady apologized for the wait and explained they were having some issues. She said it might be awhile for our food because not only was she taking all the orders and payment, she also had to cook the food. We ordered meals for 5 people, paid, and pulled to a parking spot, prepared to wait for awhile. Less than 10 min later, and she was at our car handing us our food with more apologies about the wait and situation. The order was completely correct, the food hot and fresh. I would like to commend this young lady for her kindness, professionalism, and poise under pressure. She did a fantastic job and exceeded expectations.
I went here around dinner time twice. First time I got a spicy chicken sandwich, it had hair in it and it was cold. Second time I came I got the Flounder Fish sandwich and not only was it cold it felt like they just heated the fish up and put it on a cold bun with sauce. I've never disliked something more. I will probably never go back.
