Even though my pizza stuck to the pan, it was explained and the staff took care of it. They made a new pizza and offered something else for the inconvenience. The apology would have been enough but the sincerity and immediate correction made the experience go from a negative to a positive. Well done, handling an adverse circumstance. Thank you.
I ordered the family dinner pack for 1299. I paid a dollar extra for cheesy breadsticks somehow it came out to be 19.01. That was the only thing my daughter wanted instead of pepperoni pizza when I noticed after the driver was gone was gone I called and was offered store credit got it I've $6 order weight hour and a 1/2. I'm unsatisfied with that although the pizza was excellent and hot and on time but nowadays it's nowadays people want their money back when you screw up and their kids are left hungry
Will never return there again. No fountain drinks...just bottled soda ....no plates for food except paper plates, pizza to eat in was brought out in a box, waitress never checked back after bringing food, waited for my check up front for about 3 minutes. Felt like I was eating at a picnic instead of a restaurant.
Bathrooms were dirty. Pizza was ok....not as good as it was years ago....service was ok.

The drink order was wrong it was supposed to be two orange crush one rootbeer and dr pepper
Placed a future order for a specific time and the Pizza was delivered on time and fresh. The backyard bbq pizza is amazing!
We never have problem with our pizza but today we ordered same and there was only 2 mushrooms and hardly any bacon or pepporoni on it. It didnt even taste like it normally does. We always love Pizza Huts pizza but this order failed in every way I am now very relucant to even buy another one. Perhaps the pizza maker??SO DISAPPOINTED CAUSE WE REALLY LOVE THEIR PIZZA NOW THATS A BIG QUESTION ETC
The pizza was good. The Servers took some time to acknowledge my presence at the counter. The store is scruffy. Pizza, although delicious, was grossly over priced. But I keep coming back.
