The food is always good and especially since we typically get custom requests it's great they rarely get messed up. Deliver time is always great and service is almost always awesome & friendly. Special acknowledgement to a worker named Logan. We had to patch through to the actual restaurant to order because the outsource person's call was breaking up real bad and we couldn't understand anything they were saying basically. Logan was extremely patient and kind and very helpful with answering our questions and helping us figure out our order!! One of our pizzas did get messed up tonight but again it's understandable cause we typically make custom requests. The only Papa John's I ever want to go to.
it was the worst Pizza I ever got will never order it again or from Uber eats neither one wants to try to make it right

Not impressed with the new New York Style Pizza, it seemed to be the same crust and size as their original pizzas.
On our way back from New York we stopped at Papa John's in Altoona. To our surprise the Pizza joint served very delicious well cooked Pizza in cold snowy night. Right warm food at right time.
They lost my order, so I had to reorder. The food was burnt. The owner was not only not customer friendly but yelled at a employee in front of customers. That right there is a big no no.
Service was friendly. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza and got two cheese pizzas. They were good, just missing pepperoni.
New york style pizza burnt, store not even busy was the only customer. I wont go back. Will tell others.
Tried to call an order a pizza and got directed to someone from india. Couldn't understand them so I hung up and ordered from all star pizza instead.
