Food was great, however the young lady working the front desk where my wife and I placed our order was not very friendly. I asked a simple question about a sandwich and she was not very accommodating. She but a damper on what could have been a terrific lunch. Probably will eat somewhere else on our next Altoona trip.
Very good food but when a large order was put in the one worker “Nathaniel” made many comments and was very irritated with our group. Other workers handled the situation well but he was terrible.
I had the flatbread pepperoni pizza and side of Mac and cheese. Loved it. My husband had the chicken noodle soup with side of the bbq chicken half sandwich and a bag of chips and said it was very good. Will definitely go back. Service was excellent.
My order never showed and the kid manager told me that my issue was with DoorDash. The people that work at that business are very rude and I’ll never spend another dime there

This location has always served as a nice dinner setting for my wife and I. It is a nice blend of superb food and a cozy atmosphere.
Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. 21 minutes later still no food. Long wait Manager has poor attitude when asked for food or refund. Plenty of staff standing around. I love Panera’s just not this location. I see training issues here
