Super good if you’re unsure of seafood in the beginning of April we got mussels sautéed with blue bay it was amazingly tasty and fresh not too big of a stomachs on those (it’s just my preference to not have mussels or clams with big black pouches of intestines stuff) so that’s my measure stick kind of like rest of mussels/clam vs stomach black content, if there’s a lot of big stomach compared to rest of its body I’m like nah…”. Anyway, they all had small stomachs or small black pouches compared to their total body size, so I was happy (black pouches 25-35% of total body size). We got sword fish which was delicious, and rib eye medium rare…so good with generous portions for all to share! Highly recommend this place for all in the beginning of April when we tried this place!

This place is awesome. A great environment ran by awesome people. The best place in central pa to go get food or listen to your favorite band! If you're ever in the Altoona area check out McGarveys!

Their choices of alcohol SUCKS!!!!! There is never ANYTHING I like to drink. Wish I could take my own alcohol.
Great Misfits/Danzig/Samhain tribute 12-18-21. Been to some other great shows here also. Always a good atmosphere and no trouble. Good prices on drinks and food. Can't wait for next show.
Got to hear a band play songs from green day. Had the nachos, really good stuff. Hubby had the chicken sandwich which was sooo good
Ordered a smashed meatball sandwich and a black bean burger. We were more than impressed and we can't wait to go back. Literslly the best black bean burger I've ever had. I would have taken a picture but I already ate it
