Terrible experience during our last visit. Apparently drive thru lane 1 couldn't detect cars, so I was bypassed numerous times by the other drive thru lane. Eventually we pulled forward and had our order taken at the window. The woman was nice enough to comp a couple items. Just as things seemed to be getting better, we were given an incorrect order at the second window.I had to park and take the order back in. The manager on duty was a very young woman who copped an attitude with me. Apparently "the customer is always right" slogan no longer exists. With this location it's "I'll tell you how it is and you'll like it". Could have been a positive experience until this young lady ruined it. McDs, you need better manager training!This place is very hit or miss with service.
Good, fast service. Cold fries.Its 1pm. The place is busy. They are cranking out the food in a hurry. Great job, but, How can the fries be cold??It's 2022, why can't we get hot fries??Serving 7 cars in 90 seconds is awesome! And would be twice as awesome with hot fries. C'mon McDonald's, you can do this!
Food was good, packaged well, handled with care, and was great for us to be able to eat in a quick minute. But, the fries were cold and not really cooked well, the chicken nuggets were old and they were over cooked.
Secret Shopper Investigation performed.Observations were perfect. The lobby, ladies’ room, counter area, and parking lot were all in top top shape - and the staff was refreshing! The man (see photo) behind the cashier counter was sweet, kind, and willing to go the extra mile. I overheard his conversation with customers and a coworker - both equally soft spoken and genuine. I especially enjoyed hearing him encouraging his coworker that she was “paying it forward” when paying special attention to the needs of the customers and offering her knowledge to someone in need. I assumed he was referring to her last customer’s questions, and how she went the distance to answer and serve him. The man in the photo with me is Davione, a very polite and super thoughtful team member. Davione was exposed to my five back to back mobile orders and delivered each to me, with a smile, in the lobby. He was delightful, to say the least. I have awarded Davione with the Trophy of the Day, and this inspection as my Favorite of the Week (today is my 4th day of this week, out of five)! Congratulations Station Mall McDonald’s!!!!!!
The McConnellsburg McDonald's is poorly run at the moment. Understaffed, and the kiosk doesn't work properly. Ice cream machine broken in the middle of the day.
Your staff is ghetto, only worries about them self…. Food is cold. Manager is outside banging a needle… food never fresh, you serve workers food before customers. This place sucks so bad… it needs shut down
They were nice enough that when I went to leave and the bag ripped open and fell to the floor they remade my order and helped me out. Was not expecting the kindness and quick response to the incident, place seems to be really turning itself around.
Ordered dinner tonight & couldn’t get our order right. Asked for sweet & sour sauce for nuggets, didn’t get any. Asked for no onions on a burger, they smothered it in onions. Got the bottom of the basket for fries as well.

I got two buttermilk Chicken sandwiches. They seemed to have been sitting for a while and over cooked. Tasted burnt. Spending your hard earned dollars one should have good quality food. The orange hi-c was on point though.
