Very disappointed with the service. I placed a large online order for my family and I to celebrate my birthday a few hours before scheduled pick up. When I arrived there at my pickup time, I stood at the counter for fifteen minutes before anyone acknowledged me. So although I scheduled a food pickup well In advance, I still had to wait twenty minutes after my pickup time for the food. The same thing happened last year from the same KFC. Next year we’ll be getting food from somewhere else.
I ordered online, went through the drive through and they told me to go inside the store. That was totally fine! However, I got in there and there was no name on any of the orders, now I don’t know what all was packed in the bags or if there were other orders there. Went to ask a worker and a lady walks right past me, looks at me and keeps walking. I end up taking everything and when I get home the chicken is soggy and falling apart, they didn’t even give us the correct chicken or the rest of our order. I will be contacting the franchise
paid 12 dollars for a 5 piece tender meal got home and they looked like strips that were cut in half. no ranch after I asked twice for it. and the mac and cheese looked and tasted like it was reheated
Wife goes through drive thru. Orders 3 tender meals. One dark meat meal. One popcorn chicken meal. Order of large Mac and cheese and extra biscuits. She got the 3 meals the dark meat meal and nothing else. But they made sure they charged her for every. not the first time they pulled a stunt like this but it will be last.
This restaurant wants to act like they are short staffed and that there is a coin and money shortage. When all the business around them are doing business as usual (possibly short staffed) but functioning normal. This money shortage they came is indeed a crock!!
Quality of food wasn't very good for the price seasoned fries weren't seasoned biscuits were egg-shaped not round some of the chicken tenders were dry and chewy will not go back for long time
Been to this KFC 5 times and they literally haven't got our order correct once ?♀️ sometimes it's something small, like missing the biscuits or an incorrect side... other time we're given the entirely wrong order.. we've been screwed out of decent amount of money from this, so gotta give two stars since the only thing they have going for them is being the only KFC nearby lol
Really enjoyed KFC's impossible chicken today it was flaky tasty and filling.
There is no dine in..it's drive thru. You may be able to call in, then pick up. I think you call when you arrive and they bring it out..not 100% sure on that..
Chicken was dark, the grease needed to be changed. Mashed potatoes and gravey were delicious.
