We went there recently as a party of 4 because one of us couldn't be around large crowds due to an immune issue and we knew that the past few times we had been there, that there wasn't a crowd. That worked out fine for us. There were a few cars in the parking lot, and we were seated pretty quickly. However, from there, we brought to us. Apparently, the food for our fourth person had a mistake and needed redone. The fourth person was lucky. At least when their food arrived, it was hot. Ours was lukewarm and we had to eat quickly before it was completely cold. It had already taken too long to get the food, and we didn't want to wait for them to reheat everything. The service wasn't anything impressive, and the food was just okay. On the way to the restroom, I got to hear two employees complaining about the working environment at the welcome desk. We felt like it was a waste of money. I can see why they no longer have lots of business.
Great service! Standard fare done well. The food arrived fast and it was tasty. The home fries were seasoned well. The blueberry pancakes were loaded! I wish this chain was near my home.
Went to this location for dessert. Wanted strawberry pie but was told by the server that they are out. There was four in the case but the server could not use those because they have the whip cream already and an extra strawberry on top. The server stated that he would be reprimanded by the manager if he didn't sell them as a whole pie. It's the little things that add up to a business closing. Today it was a piece of pie not sold.
I really appreciate the warm atmosphere during breakfast time within this establishment. The food was hot and tasty. Our server was amazing!!
Had breakfast on a Saturday and it was so good that we returned for breakfast on Sunday! Servers were friendly, we were seated right away, meal was exactly as ordered. Everything was fresh and hot! My only issue was that they were sold out of the Smiley cookies on Saturday. I did purchase a dozen cookies on Sunday but had to wait for them to dry. It was worth the wait!
Was in here recently for dinner, about a dozen or so cars in the parking lot & the hostess said the restaurant was full, she had to clean a table for me to sit. Then the terrible service I received from the waitress, ordered soup as one of my sides & the soup came after the main part of the meal was served. Didn't get asked if my food was good either. Paid for the check, lowballed the tip & sent a feedback message thru the eat n park app, have yet to receive a reply.
I went there with my friends mom, and her kids, we did not enjoy our time there. Half the workers there were rude, barley smiled and did not make us feel welcomed. Our waitress brought our silverware, it wasn’t even in the napkin. She laid four napkins down, then placed our fork and knives down on the napkin. There was still food on them, like they weren’t even washed, when they brought us bread, my friends son said thank you and she made a face at him. They gave my friends mom the wrong bread, they have her garlic bread and didn’t even over to take it back just said sorry. Then she walked away, it was the worst I am not very pleased with that place . Even if your under staffed you need to treat your customers with respect. Also make us feel welcomed, we felt very out of place and un comfortable. Not only that two of us did not feel good after that and I still don’t
Always have to wait to be seated because they’re to busy talking in the kitchen! Never came around to ask how things are or if we wanted anything. The short grey haired hostess ought to be able to do more than just seat people! Whatever happened to hiring people with a personality???
Service was slow and the place was empty it looks like a retirement home on the inside. I ordered the shrimp scampi and it was clams casino with old shrimp it, it made me I'll and my partner ordered the chicken breast with mashed potatoes. Chicken was bland and reheated and the potatoes where solid over all a awful place to eat. Server we had was very nice and the salad bar was decent
Used the restroom before being seated and left immediately. What a pig pen that was. So much urine had been on the floor for so long that it was leaving trailing islands of crusted up pee between the rivers of it.How long was that last go to reach that point and consider your cooks and servers are using these restrooms before touching your food and plates and stuff. Just ?.When I told the hostess, she looked irritated that i brought it up so it must be the normal thing there...
