This place is horrible . The staff is SO RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY!!!!!! also everything is basically out! They have stickers all over the drive thru board saying “sorry we’re out.”I don’t ever leave reviews unless I feel I really need to and in this case I do. My drinks and donuts are usually good I go here every week. Until lately these girls attitudes keep getting worse. My friend and I ordered 2 cream donuts and a medium coffee and a medium caramel macchiato. Well she gives us our donuts and tells us to pull around. We pull around and hope it’s not like last time we had to wait 20 minutes for 1 drink ! Well it wasn’t long until she came out handed our drinks and we had to ask her for a straw we didn’t get one. This girl literally went “UGHHHH” so loud and rolled her eyes walking back in stomping just because we asked for a straw!???! I get it’s busy but that is no way to treat ppl that are coming to pay for your food. I will be reporting to management and I told her thst then she even said “well I’m sorry!!!” All ignorant after shut the door on us and locked it! I can’t believe it all over a straw. I am never in anyway rude to anyone, I should not be treated like a piece of sh** for asking for a straw! How else do you expect me to drink it?! Ya but I wouldn’t advise going here, I’m taking my business down to Starbucks or the other Dunkin’ . 4-22-22 at 6:30AM
I usually come here often and it’s usually pretty good but today I had ordered a lg iced coffee with no ice for my mom and when I got the window it was half way filled so I’m not sure if this is how it is. The one in Johnstown filled it to the top. I did call manager and I asked so if I was to order a lg coke I would then get it half way filled and she said yes. I would expect if a customer is asking for no ice it’s filled to the top I’m pretty sure any customer would think that since they do put so much ice in their coffees.
This is by far the WORST dunkin’ i’ve ever been to and i love dunkin’. My friend and i went through the drive through and we’re as polite as can be and every single person that was working has an attitude with us. They made it seem like a burden when we asked for cream cheese and forgot to give us our drink and we’re mad when we told them. then proceeded to slam the window in our face. i will be taking my service to starbucks :)
This is the worst Dunkin I’ve been too. Everyone has an attitude and they can’t ever get your order right.
Ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese had almost no cream cheese and bagel barely warn. They were not busy at all. When I ordered the girls couldn't control there laughter for me to order. At the window they were being verybloud and ob obnoxious and being unprofessional....
My other half loves this place. Any less than 5 stars I would have to answer to her.
I got a chai latte and it was probably the most rancid drink I’ve ever had ?? I ordered it hot and instead I got a cup of cold cinnamon water, made me cough when I tasted it
This Dunkin is unsanitary and unprofessional. I went through the drive thru ordered a half dozen donuts (2 glazed, 2 choc frosted, a peanut butter, & a blueberry) they were out of peanut butter and that happens so I said do a Boston Creme instead. Paid and pulled out- decided to eat a donut at the light opened the box and they gave me 2 plain instead of glazed and another wrong donut so I was like ehhh I’ll go back in because no one eats plain. The girl literally laughed, because she knew she did that because they were out of glazed- then proceeded to take the donuts out of my box and put them back on the shelf to serve to someone else! The donuts that were in my car, out of the store, that I could have done anything too, and put them back on the shelf to give me 2 other ones. I mean by all means if you thought I was trying to get something for free throw them out, even though you knew you were wrong and laughed about it, but don’t put something I touched back on a shelf for someone else! That is disgusting!! I will NEVER eat there again.
Had a late night stop. I guess the staff was busy preparing for the next day. A little slow taking my order.
Went here for breakfast this morning. Went to wash my hands because I am clean. The restrooms were closed except for employees. Yeah never going to DD ever.
