Drinks are made pretty consistently at this location. Rarely do I get a drink that tastes like river water, but it does happen from time to time. Don't order the food, it tasts like freezer burnt cardboard which is pretty consistent with other locations I've visited. For being an all day breakfast place their food is nasty except for the donuts. However that is an overall dunkin issue not location specific.
Placed order at Drive thru. Received incorrect donut at window. Requested correct donut and was told they gave us the one they did because they were out of what we ordered. We asked for an alternate type and the woman at the Drive thru said sure; she told us to keep the wrong donut and that she'd get the other one... until... a different female employee with a major attitude came to the window with the replacement donut and demanded the wrong one back. I handed it to her and told her that was bad customer service, that I knew she'd throw it away anyway, the other woman said we could keep it, and they should have told us that what we ordered was out of stock. She snapped back that we could keep the wrong item (as I am holding it out for her) and said she was going to charge me for the replacement. Still holding the item out for her to take, I told her that was wasteful. She said they are "giving away too much free stuff" and that corporate demands they turn back in the returned items. Of course, I find it hard to believe that corporate goes to each store to collect return items, especially since we watched her throw it into the trash can, as she stormed off and exclaimed "whatever" quite loudly. She had a MAJOR attitude, completely inappropriate to speak to a customer in that manner. I rarely leave reviews and usually prefer to leave praise for those who deserve it but my only regret is not getting her name because honestly, she needs to be spoken to by a manager about what is and is not appropriate behavior in front of customers.
Everyone enjoyed their coffee, just need to work on consistency so it's the same each time
Stopped by and grabbed a donut and cup of coffee. Tables could have used a good cleaning. With all the people standing around I would have expected a spotless donut shop.

Went thru dive thru on 1/19/2022, ordered 3 peanut butter cup and 3cake donuts, and a medium coffee. They were out of white powdered cream filled. The donuts were stale and I ended up throwing them out. Went into the store on 1/25/2022. a customer was upset about two sandwiches she got and a younger guy started on my order. I told him it must be a bad day as i explained my donut issue, he kept trying to figure out who the baker was for the day the order was bad. I ordered the same items as the week before as he blew me off and charged me for the donuts. A girl with long black hair, thin, in her 20's came storming over grabbed the food from the customer and violently threw the food in the garbage and then threw some sandwiches on the counter and stormed off.
My experience was very bad we went at 8:20 on a Thursday they close at 9. They had already cleaned their frozen machine but we ordered ours and they gave us attitude abt it and didn’t fill it the whole way and gave us mega attitude while handing us drinks and the frozen s weren’t blended the whole way step up the game fam
So I had a free drink from my app and I ordered a White Mocha hot chocolate on the app and went to pick it up on 11/15/21 around noon. The sweet girl at the window informed me they didn’t have what I ordered so I just said I would do a regular hot chocolate instead! I knew something wasn’t right when it took awhile and then another sweet girl came to the window to tell me their hot chocolate machine wasn’t working right and that the first girl was trying to make my hot chocolate by hand! I said she did not have to do that and I would be just as happy with a french vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar and the first girl came back and handed me her handmade hot chocolate (which was fabulous and so delicious) and the second girl gave me an iced coffee which I offered to pay for so that didn’t mess up their inventory and they did not let me! These girls were the sweetest and deserve all the recognition in the world!! Thank you girls for making my day fabulous!?
Did drive thru. Got cappuccinos and bacon in egg, and cheese croissants. Both were delicious. Window workers were pleasant and efficient. Store appeared to be clean. Good stop.
