We got off Rt 95, Rocky Mount, NC exit. Decided to get dinner. It was excellent, a lot of food and very filling. I had the avocado bacon burger and a side salad. Also the restrooms were very clean. The servers were also very friendly. We highly recommend!
Great customer service good food
When we entered, the hostess was not available to seat us. 4 different employees walked by without greeting us. After we were finally seated, they did take our drink order right away and deliver them. Our waitress took our order and we never got our appetizer. It took over a half hour for our food (burger, grilled chicken sandwich, and french fries). The fries were luke warm at best. When we went to the counter to pay, again there were no employees at the register even though 4 people walked by without addressing us again. An employee finally grabbed my receipt and robotically said "how was everything?". I self paid with a card and before the transition was even completed he left so I grabbed my own receipt off the register printer and left. Terrible customer service.
The only restaurant open all night and their ? are delicious. Breakfast ? always good. Service is usually always very satisfying. Love Denny's ?
Waitress was very sloppy. Placed 2 placemats silverware and menus on a stack on the table. Meaning did not set it properly. The hash brown potatoes were burnt. Brought coffee and hot water spilled on table the water did not wipe up. No napkins.
Very unprofessional in dealing with customers
This Denny's refused service to a group of hungry children on their way home from a Christian youth event. We arrived around 12:30am and were refused to be served, even though this location advertises 24 hour service. Shame on them.

My veggie omelette was delicious! ? Also, the gluten free English muffin was soo good ?? We had such an enjoyable time, our waitress Zee( I think that's how you spell it) was so nice, and brought us what we needed without asking. Definitely a step up from the last time we were here.
Do not go here....Unfortunately, I can't give this location a "zero!". We tried to go here for breakfast and yes they were somewhat busy, but we were seat with menus & nothing!The service at this location has gone completely down hill and they will be the next restaurant to close in Altoona!Ignored, at best...Waitress looked at us and waited on a table of 2 men before us who were just sitting down. So, we waited...they got their drinks, still waitress did not wait on us--no drinks...so, we waited and saw the manager approaching, but you got it, " NOT" to wait on us!So, we left our menus and I tapped him on the shoulder and said, your staff is rude, we were here before this table and the one on the other side by us--I said don't worry, we won't be back!We went to Eat 'n Park and tipped the nice/friendly waitress 20%!
