Don’t know who was making the “to go” orders tonight but my daughters kids meal has more food. I got the salad and there were maybe 8 pieces of Lettuce. Same sad display with my husbands burrito bowl.
Our online order was not made. Store opens at 10:45. When I arrived they were still putting out food and there was line. My order was scheduled for 10:50. At 11:10. I had to ask for my order then they went and made it. Store was dirt. look at how they load your chip bags in my photo below. I like chipotle but this store needs to clean up its act. Over all the store looks like it needs a good cleaning.
The food is delicious but the portion sizes are not worth the money. This bowl is half of what it used to be. My husband got a salad with barely any lettuce. And this has happened to us on numerous occasions when we have ordered from the app. This restaurant has gone down hill big time. I don’t mind paying $10 for a bowl or a salad but i do have a problem with not getting what I paid for.
I walk in, find out they have nothing, no meats, no chips, no veggies.. I compromise on the lack of selection and throughout the whole process I was getting bent over by the manager who is a “strict” on portion sizes. Half scoops of everything. I ask for a little more and he might as well have just told me no. Later on as I’m filling my drink he speaks up to a coworker and says he’s strict on portion sizes. You’d think for the inconvenience they’d give a customer a discount or fair portion sizes? Nope. I’ll never eat here again, I’ll spend my money at chick fil a where I at least get treated like a human. The owner of this place should be ashamed. This is the second chipotle I’ve been to in a week with “outage” issues. I guess this is what we get when idiots vote for democrats, inflation and smaller portions.
Food is tasty, but on the pricey side. Also, every time I order on the app so I can earn points, they give me literally 1/2 as much food as when I order in person. It's ridiculous! Get it together and quit ripping off people who put in online orders.
Very unorganized and very long wait times. The whole restaurant is usually messy. Drink station is disgusting. Food itself is tasty, but not worth the other several headaches
worker turnover has just about ruined this chipotle. Always people standing around waiting for mobile orders while people fly by the in-person line. Not even sure if there’s any management.. used to be much better.
was my first time ever coming to a chipotle, being 36 I was super excited to finally try it! There was a woman making everyone's food, doing a great job, but it came to our turn and she said rudely I need more lettuce and then walked away-never coming back. Out comes a female with green hair and a severe attitude, I have purple hair trust me it wasn't judgement on her hair it was 100% based on her performance. She barely gave us meat, unlike the woman who was doing it before her, and worst of all it was COLDDDDDD! EWW! Everything was filthy like seriously the soda machines were GROSS haven't been cleaned in months for sure! Out of 3/4s of the lemonades, every table was dirty, floor was dirty, etc. They were busy but come on it's Saturday evening of course it's busy! That's when you should thrive not dive! The guacamole was amazing thankfully. No care or thought went into our food, didn't listen to light sour cream, like she was just aweful! Literally left us waiting between the meat n the veggies for a good ten mins while she stood there and moved a few things to look busy but not really doing anything. No idea why but it was rude, and confusing. I kept saying what's going on?!? What are we waiting for?!? She specifically was aweful but obviously noone took pride in a clean place or organized properly. One worker kept coming out n look at the to go bags that noone took but did nothing else, like she could have obviously notice the dirty tables so noone could sit down and eat their food, could have noticed the dirty and empty containers for silverware, etc etc etc. Idk why there was no manager there but man the disappointment with that place is pretty high. The guacamole saved it so i will try it again, at a different location
This Chipotle is full of GARBAGE employees. Every time I order from them, something is either missing, or screwed up. They are unprofessional and unhelpful. I ordered for my husband and I, they put salsa on his burrito and caused him to have a sever allergic reaction. The automated system wouldn’t let me speak to anyone for 20 mins, then when I finally did, they basically me they couldn’t replace my food and to eat what I got. No one there cares about customer service or food quality. Will never give them another chance again. Awful people, and poor customer service.
Food was good just the worker fixing my bowl was very stingy with everything she put inside of my bowl. She would put barely anything on the spoon then shake it off. I had to keep asking for her to put more in my bowl.
