Ordered Queso and when it never arrived the server shrugged her shoulders and said “sometimes the kitchen is just like that” so it’s a crapshoot if your going to get your food.
Stopped for a late lunch did the 2 for $25 ordered chips and salsa, 2 orders of fajitas, and eventually the desert once the waitress remembered we were here but as I right this… we are still waiting.
We did curbside to go today and it fell short of our expectations. I didn't receive a check in link until over an hour past pick up time. I arrived on time and kicked back to relax per the sign. After 10 minutes I called and hit extension for to go. I was told it was wrong. I waited 5 more minutes on the phone to speak to someone. Food for 1115 pick up brought out at 1133. Burgers were not warm and the top buns were burnt.
the server disappeared for 10-15 minutes each time; favorite dishes were removed from menu; everything is too salty; when finishing meal, saw napkin holder that said "free chips and salsa" but we were never given any and it wasn't mentioned; waaaayyy overpriced. Putting on our list of "DO NOT CONSIDER" (one notch below Applebee's). When prices are high and money is tight, ya expect excellent service and delicious food. When ya don't get it, ya feel like you were ripped off. So many better choice out there -- dont waste time or money here!
went for the first time last night and it was terrible. small portions for the end price of the bill, my food had burnt sections underneath so it tasted and smelled burnt, the dip for the fajitas was cold. his food had dried beans and was burnt, our sons kids meal food looked 100 times better than ours did. the only good part was the half order of appetizer fries. Not worth the 60 dollar bill we spent at all.

Very disappointed, went there to get dinner and was told 20 to 30 min wait time when half the tables were empty. this is soo sad

If you ever ate at T.G.I.F. or a business that's grasping to stay open this is the same. The staff has horrible from the moment we walked in the door. The food was TV dinner quality and was cold. This has nothing to do with covid either. This restaurant has been horrible for 4 years and has gotten to the point I'll never go back. I should have taken my money and went to McDonald's for dinner. It would have been cheaper and better quality. Say goodbye to what was chili's bar & grill and look for them in you closest grocery store in the freezer section just like T.G.I.F...
