After $30 and a 20 minute wait we received the wrong food. When questioned we were told we got what we ordered. However the Philly Cheessteak should have peppers, onions, and mushrooms. The menu says nothing of lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, and pickles. There was no peppers, onions, or mushrooms. We were offered to have sandwiches made again, but after waiting 20 minutes it was pointless. I ate mine, my daughter ended up eating fries only as she does not like mayo. Waste of time and money.
Food is very good; however, staff is rude. The last time I tried to get food a male employee yelled that the grill was down, no sign up. Not sure I will go back when Jersey Mike's has a steak sub just as good.

I literally just ordered from them today my order was messed up and i also didn't get a large drink i had paid for! I loved going to this place until i couldn't get ahold of someone what company don't have a phone or answer it??? The 4 dollar drink i paid for and didn't get. Very disappointed!!!

Had purchased the Save around book for Altoona and State College , Pa and traveled to Altoona. Went to the Logan Valley Mall to try the food at this location with a coupon. Was told that the manager has decided NOT to honor the coupon. Was miffed because the prices were high for what you received. Will certainly never return or recommend.
The lemonade is phenomenal!!! The cheese steaks are good also. And the workers are very friendly and helpful!

Been waiting over a month for over a $50 dollar refund From them cancelling my dinner order with out even calling us Two house later my kids wanting to know where their dinner is. And now they won’t even give my money back Awful. The store block all of our numbers Police had to get involved It’s completely insane . Please no one ever shop there Do not give them your business They steal money form hard working families
