Worst food and service ever. We were there Saturday and Sunday. Saturday the food took over 45 min to be cooked then sat under the heat lamp for another 10 min. The burger I had was over cooked but after long wait just ate it. Went back again for a wedding brunch again we waited for over an hour for our food. Food came out burnt and wrong. I complained to the manager and she said she was sorry. I was looking at the food they were still serving and all the items out of the kitchen were burnt. I have never had to walk out of a restaurant in my life. I went to the front desk to tell them about my experience. All they could say was yeah it happens a lot. I wish the food match how the restaurant looked. Would not recommend
Birthday dessert was very good
We checked in for our reservation time with the hostess. She immediately tried to push us to the bar for our meal. Once she seated us our server greeted us. She was very friendly and definitely guest oriented. After we ate our meal, we ordered dessert. While we were waiting for our dessert, the hostess told us our time was up and people were waiting for our table. Her objective and tone were offensive. When our server returned with our dessert, we informed her of the action taken by the hostess. She apologized. Our server was amazing and our meal was great. The hostess sets the tone for the dining experience. I hesitantly recommend dining here.
Went to the Dime to celebrate a birthday. Food was delicious and Sasha was an outstanding server! Highly recommend
Great service, innovative drinks menu. Unfortunately food was not made to order. My herb roasted chicken and vegetables were clearly reheated
Our server, Erik was very friendly. The food was very good also. We will be back.
The hostess is a horrible greeter the way she approaches customers make you feel like maybe you should go somewhere else to eat. We decided to wait and give it a try. WRONG CHOICE!!! Food was horrible my pancakes still had batter inside and my over medium eggs had on yoke for dipping my hard as a rock toast in them. Server Rosa was amazing!!! But will never eat here again. #TitaniumEliteMember
May 2022 . Overall a good rating. I would recommend a try.The good:Our server, Rosa, was great. Very nice woman and very helpful. Her excellence made up for a few minor setbacks. The food was good. Nothing spectacular but good. Generous portions. Coffee was good. Atmosphere was upscale and swanky. Probably good for a nice dinner.The Meh:Coffee cups were dirty. The bloody Marys were not much. - Almost like tomato juice and vodka. A little on the high side of pricing in my opinion. .

Our meal was delicious! Drinks were perfect, not too sweet! Dessert was amazing, huge piece of chocolate cake with pistachio cheesecake filling, yum!! Again, not too sweet, the flavors were so well balanced. Our server Sasha gave great suggestions on menu items!
