This was my first time stopping in to this location. New restaurant with a very clean, fresh and modern feel. Excellent service and food with a friendly courteous and helpful staff. Nice seating indoors with a cool vibe and atmosphere. Nice drive thru service also. A pleasure to visit. Keep up the good work.
I've been here twice. Both experiences were bad.. Employees are not engaged and don't acknowledge customers. More attention is towards the drive thru. No cashier unless you call for one. They want you to rely on the kiosk. Could be a better experience if they show more customer service across the board.
Usually we have a really good experience at this TB, but 3 times in a row we’ve had a bad experience prompting me to leave a review. 2 times in a row, I didn’t get one of the items and didn’t realize till I got home. It’s too much work to come back for one item so I ignored it. Today, I got home only to realize my cheesy Gordita crunch had nothing much beans in it. No cheese, no lettuce. Since this was the main item of my meal and had to drive back to have it properly made.
Never really had a failed meal here. The look of this location absolutely beats any I've been to before. Staff is extremely nice. Eating in with the mobile kiosk is perfect, just be sure to ask for the cup you ordered.
The food was decent. Although the staff seem immature. One of the employees was at the soda machine filling up 2 bins of ice for a former employee to take. I know she was a formor employee because she was speaking loud enough for the restaurant to hear while chatting with the employees. Probably why they forgot my sides. Gotta be more professional when there's customers in the store, and the outdoor dining area.
Hey, had to try their breakfast box, wow. That was tasty. Plus the 2 cinnamon bits and a real good cup of coffee, plain.They have a good strong cup of coffee, not as strong as Starbucks, but a bit stronger than McDonald's...just right.Taco Bell..."I'm home"Great job.
I would choose this Taco Bell literally over any other fast food place simply for THE PEOPLE. Their staff is amazing fast, friendly and I've never once had a bad experience here. Way to go Taco Bell of HC
The place was very clean... there was absolutely no one dining in... It was lunch time. They definitely were very busy doing drive thru orders. I was a bit disappointed that being the only person in the restaurant placing an order that it took so long to get my order and then when I got home the sauces I requested were not in the bag. My crunch wrap hardly had any beef in it and I didn't expect the rice and bean cup to be so small. I have always enjoyed Taco Bell in the past but haven't been to one in over 2 years .. this fairly new location was a bit disappointing to me. But I think we all deserve a second chance, so I will go back and hope I just caught an off day.
Had the best experience at this Taco Bell! The customer service was amazing and they helped us when we placed mobile orders to the wrong location. Overall 10/10 experience would definitely recommend this taco bell!
I really like this Taco Bell it's clean the employees are very nice and polite and the food is prepared properly . The one gripe that I have is that the lobby no matter summer or winter, is freezing. I am not sure why this is, but bring a jacket and maybe a scarf and it's all good.
