I would love to come here and see the people smile and work they had music playing and everyone smiling. Now they have a new manager and the vibe ain’t the same. They look like there not enjoying there jobs.Other then that the place is great.
I'd leave no stars if I could. I ordered on the app and tried to order no lettuce or tomato on my party pack. When we got there there was lettuce. I went in and questioned and the guy said no it just said no tomato. So I said that's fine let me get 6 soft tacos no lettuce or tomato and I'll pay for it. Well I heard the girl in the back yelling and complaining about my order. Now I know that this is a hard job and I NEVER CAUSE A problem if it's my fault it's my fault but she should have NEVER yelled like that. Horrible nasty people who work here. I'll never come here again
I'm not a taco bell fan. The food always seems thrown together. My children like it for whatever reason. This location has a pizzahut express, that's why I went to this one. Depending on the day and time you will definitely get an annoyed worker. Just tell them have a great day and don't take it personally I guess. Most of the time the, pizza isn't available and you'll have to wait longer. And don't forget to order something in the drive-thru, they will not let you add to your order at the window.
The staff were very nice. One of the associates from the Whitehall store actually offered to take my food to the car. Nice experience for a change.
Says open til 11. Always closed by 10. Lady always has the same excuse; “we’re open til 11 starting tomorrow.” Like really? At least come up with a better excuse
Got home and two of seven items are missing and the items we did receive were basically empty….disappointed
The take my order nice people. The problem was the forgot too call me to come to get.my food was on back table. For 20 minutes onto the call my name. Food was.cold. no good.???
I love the food here at Taco Bell of course my favorite the beef Supreme chalupas even though my wife tells me to stay away from the fast food but you know sometimes I don't listen the one thing I can say that I don't like to me it 2 - is the fact that at times you're waiting 20 minutes sometimes I half hour just to get your food but hey as long as I get my beef supreme chalupa I'm good to go
I get it, it's Taco Bell. This location is always staffed by really nice, courteous people. Food has never been wrong in all the times I've gone, and they get people in and out. They have service you can appreciate, even for being a chain fast food restaurant.
This Taco Bell is never ever open when they say they’re are supposed to be. Says open at 8am, but won’t open till 9am. There’s always some lame excuse on why. At least change to 9 so people don’t come by hoping to get food only to get dismissed by some irritated employee. Might as well just not open for breakfast since it only runs for 2 hours.
