50 minutes from online order to pickup..Bethlehem's may actually be worse - I've given up 2x there now as the food took too long to pickup. The Easton taco bell runs the most smoothly of the three.
I love going to this taco bell they are up and beyond everytime I go and get my delivery they are so kind to me and the don't ignore me like some other restaurants that I pick up food from and there pretty quick especially first shift keep up the good work guys God bless ya
Had nachos bell grande and a supreme burrito and both were excellent. A little wait time in drive thru, but worth it
It's alright, ordered the big box tacos hardly had any meat seems like you get more lettuce than anything else
This place has gone down hill who wants to order food go home and get comfortable to turn around and go back out and return food that should have been done right the first time...it is ok to make mistakes but this has repeatedly Happened on different occasions...check your food before you leave.
I ordered food on the app while in the drive thru waiting but it did not get to the restaurant until I was at the window. All in all, however I was more than satisfied with the fare and would definitely visit again. It was midnight and the wait in line was quite lengthy which can be expected perhaps during the current hiring crunch. If you aren't feeling the wait, I would suggest getting there no later than 10pm. The staff was very cordial and courteous which I was highly appreciative of.
My tacos were made up correctly and ready pretty fast. This was an App order, so this way of ordering worked well ?
As a customer and also as an Uber eats driver I have had Time after Time problem after problem with the people that work at this particular Taco Bell my suggestion is you do not eat here go here or give them any money as an Uber eats driver I will never accept an order for this location ever again they are nasty and rude and unwilling to help you in any way shape or form
Employees work hard to beat expectations. Strive to constantly perfect customer orders and to put out perfect food.If any issues, the staff WILL make it right.Lot is clean,interior always being maintained.Employees working together to make customer service TOP priority!
